Episode begins with Shaurya collides with Ketan. He scolds Ketan and leaves from there. Ketan’s mother asks his son that why he did not react. Ketan tells her that Shaurya is Karan’s son and he want to stay in Shaurya’s good books and leaves from there. She wonders that where Palki went.
In the hospital, Karan tells Nurse to call doctor Ashok. That lady thinks that Karan is doing all this to save himself. Ward boy brings stretcher. Karan keeps Preeta on the stretcher. Nurse informs Karan that doctor Kajal will treat Preeta because doctor Ashok is busy with another patient. She asks him to fill the form. Karan writes Preeta in patient’s name column. She points out that. He tells her that patient name is Preeta only.
Shaurya sees Palki entering trail room. Palki notices that lock is not working properly. She wears the necklace. Rajveer knocks the door. She comes out. They shares an eye lock. She takes him inside the trail room. He compliments her. He gives cream to her. She applies the cream on her finger.
Ketan apologizes to Shaurya. Shaurya accepts the apology. They waits outside the trial room. Rajveer helps Palki to remove the ring. He succeeds in removing the ring. Palki thanks him. Shaurya claims that Palki is inside the trail room. Ketan claims that Rajveer is inside the trail room. Palki and Rajveer hears everything.
That lady tells Karan to stay away from Preeta. Karan asks her that why she is behaving rudely with him when he did nothing. He says that it was his driver, who drived the car. And he is attending Preeta leaving his important meeting. Doctor Kajal treats Preeta. She informs Karan that Preeta is fine and asks him to pay the bill and discharge.
Shaurya tells Ketan to knock the door. Ketan knocks the door. Rajveer tells Palki that they should tell the truth to Ketan. Palki tells him that it won’t look good if Ketan saw them together like this then. She says that she remembered transgender’s blessings. Ketan knocks the door and it gets opened. He gets shocked seeing Palki there.
Meanwhile, Karan enters the room to apologize to Preeta. That lady tells Karan to pay the bill first. He leaves from there. Preeta regains her consciousness. That lady tells everything to Preeta. She asks her to give complaint against Karan. Preeta tells her that she don’t want to give complaint against Karan. She says that she should thank Karan for admitting her in the hospital.
Shaurya also enters the trail room. He stares Palki seeing her in lehenga. Ketan tells Palki that he saw Rajveer entering the trail room. Rajveer comes there from outside. He asks Shaurya that what the latter is doing there. Shaurya taunts him. Ketan tells Rajveer that he saw him entering the trail room.
