Episode begins with Kareena tells Nidhi to arrange blood for Karan. Rajveer thinks that he can donate blood to save Karan. Nidhi tells Kareena that Karan is in this condition because of Preeta. Kareena says that Karan should not have risked his life for Preeta. Nidhi tells Kareena that Preeta is unlucky for Karan so they should make sure that Karan stay away from Preeta. Rajveer gets angry hearing all this. He thinks that he came for revenge so he will focus on that. He leaves from there. He gets angry seeing Shaurya.
Shaurya collides with Rajveer by mistake. Rajveer pushes Shaurya and warns Shaurya to stay away from him. He says that from now on Shaurya will get punishment, not forgiveness so Shaurya should not make mistake and leaves from there. Shaurya follows Rajveer and asks why the latter talked like that. Rajveer asks Shaurya to not show attitude. They fights with each other. Nidhi comes there and stops them. She scolds Rajveer for beating Shaurya up. Rajveer leaves from there. Nidhi tells Shaurya to calm down and she takes him inside. Daljeet sees all this goes inside.
Kareena cries seeing Karan. She asks God to save Karan. Mahesh asks Doctor about Karan’s condition. Doctor tells Mahesh that they did not get blood for Karan yet. He says that they are trying their level best to arrange blood for Karan. Rishabh tells Doctor that they will also try their level best to arrange blood for Karan. Mahesh tells Rishabh to call Shaurya because Shaurya’s blood will match with Karan’s blood group.
Shaurya tells Nidhi that he won’t allow Rajveer in Luthra house. Shanaya hugs Shaurya and tells him that nothing will happen to Karan. Shaurya tells her that he know that because he is there now. Palki tells him that he must be feeling bad but he need not to worry because Karan will become fine. Shaurya hugs Palki and tells thanks to her. Shanahan takes Shaurya inside. Nidhi follows them.
Daljeet tells Palki that she won’t forgive the latter if Shaurya and Shanaya’s marriage stopped because of Rajveer then. Palki asks Daljeet that what Rajveer did. Daljeet tells her about Rajveer and Shaurya’s fight. Palki leaves from there.
Mohit reaches the hospital and asks Rajveer what happened. Rajveer tells Mohit that he came to that city for revenge but he forgot about it. He promises to take revenge on Luthras. He says that Luthras don’t deserve him and Preeta. He adds that Preeta suffered a lot and he will keep Preeta happy. Mohit hugs Rajveer. Palki comes there. Mohit goes to park his bike.
Palki asks Rajveer that whether he is fine. Rajveer asks her that will she support him if he did something wrong then. She tells him that he won’t do anything wrong. She says that she will support Rajveer always. He hugs her. Meanwhile, Shaurya gets worried seeing Karan and he goes to donate blood to save Karan. Nidhi instigates Kareena against Preeta.
