The episode starts with Vikrant asking Vrinda to go home and let the workers sit in the rain. Vrinda walks slowly and Angad keeps staring at her. Vrinda sits in the car and she gets weakened by Angad’s movement. Vrinda imagines that Angad is with Bharti and she keeps weeping. Vrinda calls her mother to come home soon and Malti sees Vrinda laying on the floor crying for Angad. Vrinda tells Malti why Angad is doing this and Malti tells Vrinda that Angad has not filled the vermillion. Vrinda tells Malti that Angad is not a strike and she tries to stop him. Malti tells Vrinda she also not eaten anything and Vrinda tells Malti she can’t anything without Angad. Vrinda tells Malti that everything is finished now and Angad is not staying with her.
Angad tells everyone to leave and he request Bharti to go. Bharti tells Angad she can’t be separated from him and she is doing this for her father. Bharti tells Angad she is following her responsibility like her father and the workers will also stay.
Malti requests Vrinda to eat and Vrinda won’t eat anything. Vrinda gets a call from clients and she apologized to him. Malti learns that the company will have a huge loss and Vrinda tells Malti she will have to take a step.
Malti comes to the factory and she asks Angad to come aside. Malti asks Angad why he is doing this and Angad tells Malti that he is doing this for workers but Vrinda is not listening to him. Malti tells Angad about Vrinda’s condition and she tells him about a call which Vrinda got from a client. Angad tells Malti he is not fighting with Vrinda and he tells Malti that Lalan’s hand gets cut so he wants Vrinda to give Lalan lifetime compensation. Angad tells Malti he can understand the struggles and hardship of the workers. Malti tells Angad not to destroy his life for Bharti and Angad tells Malti Bharti will not leave him. Malti tells Angad to fix everything.
Vrinda tells the management that the order is cancelled and Vikrant tells Vrinda everything they didn’t get the contract because of the workers. Vikrant gives the whole blame to Angad and Vrinda gets worried about what to do. Vikrant tells Vrinda they will have to do something otherwise their factory will be closed and everyone will have to face the loss. Vikrant tells Vrinda they will have to get the solution and he gives the whole blame to the workers. Vrinda tells Vikrant she will decide tomorrow and she wants to go to the company policy first. Vrinda fainted and Vikrant gave her water. Vikrant tries to get closer to Vrinda and Vrinda tells Vikrant she is fine. Vikrant asks Vrinda to sign an important paper and Vrinda has already signed.
Bharti asks Angad what happens and Angad tells the workers the big order has been cancelled. They will have to bear the loss and they will be blamed. Nandu tells Angad that everything they have been responsible for the loss and Angad decides to talk to Vrinda to find some way.
