The episode starts Tulsi is confused and she decides to visit the hospital to get the facts. Tulsi tells Munni to take care of everything while she goes to check and Suchi hears the conversation between Tulsi and Munni.
Noina is shocked to learn that Tulsi and Munni know about their report but she is not confirmed about Noina’s medical reports and she decides to check the room to confirm. Suchi and Noina rush to the room and Pari thinks where they are going.
Sobha and Nandini sees that Mihir is upset and Maa is also hiding her pain from everyone. Nandini blames Noina for spoiling the happiness of Maa and Papa. Vaishnavi comes to meet Mihir and Mihir learns from her that the raw materials are coming after two days. Vaishnavi wants to go and see the factory but Nandini and Sobha stop her. Vaishnavi goes to meet Parth and Mihir wonders why Tulsi has gone to the factory. Sobha loses hope and Nandini tells Sobha that Maa will be right back after the work is done.
Suchi and Noina find the report is missing and now they are worried. Noina wonders that Tulsi has got the report.
Tulsi learns that Dr Girish and Dr Abhishek are not available and Tulsi wants to know who the doctor is on call now.
Suchi tells Noina if Tulsi got the report then they will be in trouble and Munni comes to ask Noina what she is doing here. Noina tells her she has come to take the medicine and Munni tells Noina to come ready for the wedding. Noina thinks about what Tulsi is doing with her report.
Tulsi learns from a doctor that Dr Abhishek will be back tomorrow and she asks him to clear a report. Tulsi is getting late and the doctor leaves to see an emergency case.
Suchi and Noina are getting ready and Suchi asks Noina to do something. Munni stays with them and Suchi tries to divert Munni. Noina falls down and Nandini wakes her up. Mihir wants to call the doctor and Noina tells Mihir she is unable to breathe. Noina tells Suchi she is lying and she couldn’t see herself getting married. Suchi tells Mihir not to wait and Munni tells Suchi they will have to wait for Maa. Noina wants to wait for Tulsi and Suchi tells Mihir to start the Ganpati pujan at least. Noina tells Suchi she won’t start sitting in the mandap without Tulsi and Mihir tells Nandini to start the Ganpati pujan at least. Noina wants to get married before Tulsi comes and Munni tells Tulsi that Noina has started fainting every hour. Tulsi tells Munni to keep an eye on them and she is trying to come fast.
Mihir and Tulsi sit in the mandap and Pandit ji completes the puja. Suchi asks Noina to take rest and Noina plays her victim card again. Noina tells Mihir she can’t get up and she tells him to start the vidhi because she thinks she is losing her breath. Noina tells Mihir she has less time left.
Tulsi wants to talk to Dr Avinash and she seeks a doctor for help. Tulsi learns that Dr Avinash is about to come and he tells her to wait. Tulsi learns from Munni that Noina wants to get married fast and Tulsi tells Munni to call Karan. Tulsi tells Karan to hold the marriage for 1 hr and Karan wants to expose Noina right now but Tulsi stops him because they don’t have any confirmation now. Karan listens to Tulsi and Munni asks Karan what they will do now. Karan tells Munni he is doing something and just then Karan tells Mihir that Gautam is coming to Muhurat. Karan tells Mihir that Gautam is coming and Mihir is surprised to learn that Gautam calls him. Karan tells Mihir that Gautam will reach till Muhurat and if he misses the marriage then he will be upset so he requests him to wait. Suchi requested Mihir and she forced to start the wedding. Karan tells Mihir to start the vidhi because Noina is important now and Ritik asks Munni why she is stressed. Ritik asks Munni to tell him what’s going on and Munni tells Ritik to wait for at least 1 hr. Munni prays that Maa comes back soon and Tulsi prays Thakur ji to do something.
