The episode starts with Tulsi telling Nandini about her decision to bring Rio and Niyati to Shantiniketan and this shocked Nandini so she reminds Tulsi about everything. Tulsi tells Nandini that Rio is the waris of the house and he is also the grandson that’s why she wants to bring her grandson so she asks her to give her permission. Nandini tells Tulsi she can take her life but right now she is feeling alone after hearing this decision but she has finished everything and she has never thought about her. Nandini tells Tulsi no saas can for her bahu which she has done for her many years ago and now she is totally changed. Nandini tells Tulsi she is doing this to rectify her mistake by killing Ansh and she still regrets it. Nandini tells Tulsi that today Rio is more important than her and she wants to give her the trauma. Tulsi tells Nandini she killed Ansh and she does regret it. Tulsi tells Nandini to think as a mother and she can’t punish Rio and his mother. Tulsi asks Nandini about Rio and Niyati’s mistake. Nandini asks Tulsi about her mistake which leads her to become saas from a mother. Tulsi tells Nandini that she is still her daughter that’s why she killed Ansh and Nandini tells Tulsi she will never forget her for bringing Rio and his mother. Gayatri talks to Pari over the phone along with the bahu’s at the dining table. Gayatri tells Nandini to have some snacks and she refuses to take it. Tulsi thinks about Nandini’s option and Saloni tells Tulsi that Gautam chachu has dropped Sobha kaki to the airport. Ritik tells everyone that Munni has gone to pick up her sister and she is coming here for the eye check up. Tulsi tells Ritik we should welcome Munni’s sister and just then she comes with sister. Munni introduces Khushbu to Maa and Khusbu takes Tulsi’s blessings. Khusboo meets everyone in the family and Tulsi asks Nandini if she is still upset. Nandini tells Tulsi why she decided to take a big step and just then Sahil comes home.
Niyati is looking for Rio’s favourite guitar and Rio tells Niyati to go from the store room. Rio sends Niyati and he starts opening a box. Rio finds a diary and he finds photos of his father. Rio learns he looks identical to his father and now he realizes that Ansh is his father. Rio wonders why Karan has told him not to ask about his real father and for that Rio takes the photos.
Tulsi gives kheer to Tulsi and Sahil gifts for everyone. Tulsi is happy to see Sahil and everyone is happy with the gift. Tulsi tells Sahil to have the kheer and Sahil likes the kheer. Everyone starts pulling the leg of Sahil and Sahil asks everyone about their gift. Everyone thanks Sahil and Damini thanks Tulsi for giving the laptop. Tulsi tells Damini not to thank a mother for the gift and Sahil tells everyone that Maa called him. Gayatri is happy she calls Sahil and Tulsi tells everyone she wants to decide about the shares. Tulsi tells everyone that according to Mihir they need to start the topic then only they will make the papers. Dev is happy from inside and Karan asks Tulsi to wait for Papa. Gautam tells Karan that Papa has gone because of him and they start arguing with each other. Tulsi tells Gautam everyone will have to agree and Gautam is ready to accept. Tulsi tells Gautam he will not go anywhere until she is alive. Tulsi tells them she will take suggestions from daughter and bahu’s also. Nandini gets up to her room and Karan goes to see.
