The episode starts with Garima dancing and she dances with Samaya. Everyone enjoys their dance and Nandini notices that Karan is behaving strangely. Dev and Parth join the dance and Tulsi asks Nandini to come to a side. Tulsi tells Nandini she can’t see her in stress and she tells Nandini she has gone to Malabar Hills. Tulsi starts explaining to her about Madhu and Danny. Tulsi tells Nandini that Karan has gone with the cake for them and Nandini tells Tulsi that Karan has changed everything. Tulsi tells Nandini she has met that woman and Nandini tells Tulsi that only Karan can give the answer. Nandini goes to ask Karan and Tulsi tries to stop her. Nandini starts yelling at Karan and Mihir asks Nandini what she wants to say. Tulsi tells Samira to take Garima upstairs and Karan asks Nandini why she is creating a scene. Karan tells Nandini she hasn’t done anything and Nandini tells Karan to speak up about his affair. Everyone is shocked and Tulsi tells Nandini she might have some misunderstanding. Karan tells Nandini she has gone mad and he tells everyone that Nandini was following him. Nandini tells Karan he is lying and Karan asks Nandini what he will have to do to prove his innocence. Nandini tells Karan to admit the truth and Karan tells everyone he is not lying. Karan loses his control and he asks her what he can do. Sobha tries to calm down Karan and Tulsi tells Karan there is only one way to find the truth. Tulsi asks Karan to take Baa’s swear because she thinks Karan won’t lie and that’s why she insists him to say the truth. Karan takes the Baa’s picture and he tells Nandini he doesn’t have any affair with anyone. Karan tells everyone he only loves Nandini and he will keep loving her with complete honesty. Nandini starts crying and she goes to her room. Sobha asks Karan what the misunderstanding Bhabi is having and Tulsi tells him he trusts her but he will have to give time to Nandini.
Pari gets a call from Ajay and he is asking her to meet Sunny with Garima.
Pari takes Garima to meet Sunny and Priya asks Indrani why Pari has come here because she is getting irritated seeing Pari.
Pari asks Ajay when he has given the first dose and Pari learns that it has been 5 hrs so they decide to give another dose. Indrani tells her husband that Sunny is not well and Ajay is focusing on his love story. Sunny gets up and starts vomiting. Priya calls the doctor and Pari sends Garima to Sunny’s room to play. The doctor checks up Sunny and he conducts that Sunny has taken the wrong medicine but he is completely fine now. Pari apologises to Ajay for giving the wrong medicine and Indrani starts taunting Pari along with Priya.
Priya has seen Pari giving the wrong medicine but she doesn’t stop her because she wants to take her revenge and Ajay tells Pari to stop blaming Pari. Indrani tells Ajay that some people never change and Pari tells Ajay he shouldn’t call her. Pari takes a leave.
Karan discusses with a doctor he is shifting India from the USA but he is with some other woman. Karan learns the improvement is slow and he suggests Karan to keep supporting.
Gautam learns from Aryan that Karan has come to a clinic with a woman and Gautam asks Aryan to keep posting him. Aryan gives compliments to Tulsi for feeding him good food and Aryan tells Gautam that Karan is some other lady. Gautam tells him to take some pictures and send him. Aryan takes the picture and shares it with Gautam.
Gautam calls Tulsi and tells her that Karan is having an affair. Tulsi tells Gautam there might be some misunderstanding and Gautam asks Tulsi why Karan is in the hospital with a lady. Gautam sends the picture to identify that she is the same woman and Tulsi gets surprised to see she is not the same lady. Tulsi remembers that Karan has taken her and Baa’s oath. Tulsi wonders why Karan is lying to her.
