The episode starts with Jagdish welcoming Ishani’s in-laws. Sulochan’s neighbour appreciates Ishani for taking her in-law along with her. One of the neighbours says that Shiv didn’t accompany her. Jagdish inquires her where Shiv is? Yash comes there, taking Shiv with him. Puja and others are happy to see him there. Ishani is surprised to see him there. Jagdish says that he is coming here for the first time, so Puja will take arathi for them. Puja takes arathi to him. Shiv takes Ishani from there aside. He asks her how dare she to behave like that with his mom? Ishani tells him that she has no idea what he is talking about. Shiv says to her that she doesn’t have manners at all. He shows the picture to her and says that it’s evidence against her. Ishani is speechless after seeing the picture.
Yash comes there and tells him that he is able to explain it. He sent this photo to him to tell him she was helping Kiran but he misunderstood it. He says to him that he is aware that he will misunderstand it and attend this function in anger. As he guessed, he arrived. Ishani says that she is not gonna stop him. If he wants, he is able to leave. Shiv says that both are careless. Yash meets Puja in the kitchen and asks for water her. She tells him that she kept water outside. She gives water to him. She says to him that he is lying. There is no love between Shiv and Ishani. They argue with each other often. Yash says to her that they are also fighting with each other. What’s going on between them? Yash and Puja share each other’s glances.
Later, Jagdish asks Puja to serve the food. Rachana collides with Puja. She thanked him for helping her. Puja notices it. He notices it too. He thinks that everyone is right. Girls are jealous. Meanwhile, Jagdish asks Ishani to sit alone with them. She is a guest now. He didn’t allow her to serve food to them. Taneja asks Jagdish to sit along with them. Taneja says that both are a newly married couple. Though they are eating at different plates. Shiv and Ishani eat together. Both share each other’s glances. Shiv gets a phone call. He excuses them for attending the call. Someone noticed Shiv talking on the phone. He snatches the phone from him. Shiv fights with him and falls down. His head starts bleeding. Ishani notices Shiv is bleeding and shouts for help. They admit Shiv to the hospital. Bhupen and Meena arrive there. He consoles Kiran. Randeep says to Ishani that nothing will happen to him.
Shashi says to Kiran that she had warned her already that Ishani is not a suitable pair for him. Her horoscope is not suitable for him. Everything is happening because of her. Kiran accuses Ishani of Shiv’s state. The doctor informs everyone that Shiv has internal injuries. He needs blood immediately. Everyone is devastated after hearing it. Ishani meets the doctor and requests him to attend Shiv’s case but he denied it reasoning he has a flight. She takes a lecture to him and asks him to bring his case. Later, Puja worries about Shiv. Sulochana says that she is always worried about them. Doesn’t his wife with him? Rachana says to her that she shouldn’t worry much about others. Sulochana says to Rachana that she still has the chance to impress Yash or else someone will impress him.
Puja calls Yash to learn about his condition. Puja consoles him. Yash tells her that he will talk with her later. Kiran asks the doctor if her son gets well asap? The doctor says that Ishani is a caring daughter-in-law. She cares a lot for Shiv. Randeep gets a phone from Dimple. Everyone asks Randeep to go to meet Dimple. Taneja accompanied him. Later, Bobby motivates Taneja. The doctor says to Kiran that the patient has lost a lot of blood. They need Ab- blood immediately. The doctor asks them to give a blood test. Let’s find the same blood group for Shiv. Kiran asks Yash to do something. Ishani rushes out to collect the blood.
