The episode starts with time shifting to a few days later. Shiv is brought to his room by Yash and Kiran. Ishani also is with them. Yash tells his Kiran to let Shiv rest and she should also take rest as she must be tired too. Ishani makes Shiv lie down on bed as lag ja gale plays in the background. While she is leaving she finds Shiv has fallen asleep holding her hands so she also sits beside him and sleeps there. Neeti tells Sulochana that Ishani was just pretending infront of Tina’s in-laws but nothing is normal between her and Shiv.
Sulochana gets excited and tells Neeti why she didn’t think of this before and calls her smart to find the truth about Shiv and Ishani in one meeting. She hugs him happily. Sulochana tells that she was feeling uneasy after seeing happy pictures of Tina’s roka but now understanding that it was all pretense she is feeling better. She tells whatever wrong will happen with Shiv, it will all be blamed on Ishani’s kundali dosh because of their rumors. Sashi and Bhupen plan to show papers to Shiv and throw Ishani out of the house. Sashi tells it was painful to give blood but they have alright won by giving blood.
Yash comes to office for handling meeting because Shiv is not well. He meets Puja and they hope everything gets sorted between Shiv and Ishani. Later Sashi comes and tells Shiv that she has to show something because it’s really urgent. She shows divorce papers which are already signed by Ishani. Bhupen asks Shiv to sign it too and let go off Ishani. Kiran scolds Ishani for doing new drama everyday. Ishani silently hopes that even if Shiv has felt love for once he wouldn’t sign those papers.
Shiv takes divorce papers and comes to Ishani. He tears them off adn and says she cannot get rid of him so soon as his revenge is not fulfilled yet. Bhupen and Sashi feel annoyed because their plan to remove Ishani from their way failed. They wonder what magic she has done. Ishani comes there and warns them. She tells as long as she is there they cannot harm Shiv and she has confidence that Shiv will never divorce her.
Yash talks to Puja and tells how Ishani is so heartless and signed divorce papers on same day when Shiv just got home from hospital. Puja tells that Ishani loves Shiv a lot and must have done for his benefit only. She had seen how Ishani was panicking in hospital when blood was not arranged. Yash talks against Ishani and both of them get argument. Puja tells he doesn’t know about about love but he ends up confessing that he loves Puja. The episode ends with Kiran warning Ishani that she will make sure to let Ishani leave from Shiv’s life.
