The episode starts with Milky asking Sonam what she’s hiding from her. That time Dhruv asks for towel. Milky threatens to give from outside and Sonam does so. Batasa and Sneha tells Milky doesn’t have food. When Sonam goes to give food, Ankita stops her. Later at the dinning table, all are dinning. Subhadra wonders why Milky is being sad when everything is going according to her. Just then milky comes and gets seated.
Dhruv asks Subhadra not to worry. She must be planning something. Ankita tells she’s not having food too. Badasa says she’s keep repeating to give poison. Dhruv asks her to give the poison. Milky starts her drama of crying. Dhruv asks his family not to pay attention to her. Sonam asks Milky what happened. Milky says she has lost after attempting everything. She has lost against Sonam. She got nothing when they all staying together. Dhruv confirms her words. Milky angrily goes out.
The next morning, Dhruv is arranging papers to give to the lawyer. He receives the inspector calls who tells him that Milky has withdrawn her case. Just then Milky comes there. Dhruv asks if she has withdrawn her complaint to which she replies yes. Dhruv asks why suddenly.
Milky starts her drama. She calls Dhruv unworthy and selfish. He has gone crazy in Sonam’s love that his family has no importance for him and he only wants Sonam. She says he’s not capable to love her so she accepted her defeat and withrew the case. She asks him to leave happily his life and goes upstairs. Ankita says she can’t believe her. Since yesterday she’s acting weird. Dhruv admits he was thinking she’s acting. Sonam says finally Shashikant and Nutan going to get released. All gets happy. Dhruv happily hugs Sonam. He leaves to bring his parents home.
Sonam goes to talk to Milky who still crying. She asks Milky to stop acting in front of her. Milky wipes her tears saying those tears are for her farewell. She taught her one should not easily let go of her love and see she has created storm for her love. She’s going to miss her more than Dhruv. Sonam gets angrily. Milky further adds she is going to become Raghav’s bride. Sonam says shut up. Milky angrily says she has done her work now she has to do her work. Get married to Raghav and get lost. Sonam says she will do her and asks her to be patient.
Shobakant and Raghav come to the hospital to meet Deeraj. When the nurse stops them saying their name in the list of people who can’t meet Deeraj. Raghav arugues with the nurse and goes upstairs. When a constable stops him, he shows a court papaer. The constable allows him inside. Shobakant and Deeraj angrily stare at an unconscious Deeraj.
Dhruv brings his parents home. The call out his family members. Sneha happily hugs Nutan and Shashikant. Ankita and Sonam take Shashikant blessings. Everyone smile disappears seeing Milky. Nutan runs to Milky and blesses her. She says she has belief that her daughter will withdraw her case and get them out. Shashikant reprimmands Milky. The latter tells she understands his anger. She asks to think being in her place. She was blind in Dhruv’s love but now she realized no matter what, Dhruv will not give up on Sonam. Nutan wonders what she’s telling.
The episode ends.
Precap: Milky tells to Sonam not to forget her promise of getting married to Raghav after five days. Sonam asks Goddess support in whatever she’s going to do for Dhruv’s family. Sonam holds the gun. Ankita calls out Sonam and the hides the gun.
