Episode starts with Dhruv’s family crying in the hospital. Sheetal comes there calling out Deeraj. Dhruv stops her. He angrily says he will not leave Shobakant and Raghav. He asks her to get out before he loses his cool. Sheetal says she’s leaving. She signs Sonam to come out. She shows an old man pic. She adds Sobhakant wants to marry sneha to this man as all her family men are in the prison. Sonam gets shocked. Sonam scolds Sheetal. She says Dhruv will never let it happen.
Sheetal says Dhruv is not in the state of saving anyone. He was already shattered when his marriage was broken and after seeing his family behind the bar he’s fully shattered. He can kill anytime Raghav and Shobakant and go to the prison. Shashikant, Nutan and Deeraj are already behind the bar because of her. She blames everything is happening because of Sonam and she will be responsible for whatever bad is going to happen. Whatever going to happen it depends on her decision. She leaves. Sonam cries. Subhadra overhears everything.
Sneha tries to console Dhruv. The latter says only one way is left to save his family is to kill Shobakant and Raghav. Sonam and Subhadra are shocked hearing the same. Sonam asks Subhadra to come. She asks where. Sonam says she was right she’s the reason for everything. She should stop loving Dhruv to save him. She has made her decision and nothing can change it. She walks away taking her mom. Ankita tells to Dhruv doctor has called him.
Sonam packs her bag and decides to leave the city before anyone gets to know. She remembers Dhruv’s words and cries. She says she will never come back here. They leave. Sonam stops reminiscing her moments with Dhruv and cries. Subhadra asks what happened. Sonam says she thought of this house as her sasural so just want to see it for a last time. Sonam and Subhadra are about to leave. Milky comes there.
Sonam says she’s doing what she wants. She’s leaving without telling to Dhruv. Her demand is get fulfilling so free Dhruv’s parents. Milky stops Sonam. She takes her inside. Sonam asks what she’s doing. What she wants now. Milky says Dhruv said wherever Sonam goes he will go behind her so it’s not a solution for this problem. She wants a complete Dhruv and his family. While they were discussing, they hear a car sound.
Sonam worries saying Dhruv is coming. Milky asks Subhadra to go inside taking their luggage. Sonam says she promises her to give whatever she wants to free Dhruv’s family. Dhruv asks what she’s doing with Milky here. Sonam stumbles to answer. Subhadra lies she was feeling dizzy so they have come home. Dhruv says not to take tension, he will handle everything. Dhruv leaves to upstairs. Milky asks Sonam to come to the temple after 2 hours to discuss.
Milky apprises Raghav about Sonam’s decision. Raghav happily plays the drum. Shobakant, Sheetal and Sumitra come there. Shobakant asks why he’s playing drum. He tells about Milky’s phone and she thanked them for the situation they created by sending Deeraj jail. They all get happy except Sumitra. Raghav plays again the drum. Shashikant and Nutan come to the hospital. Sneha cries. Dhruv consoles her. Sneha tells to Shobakant that doctors are saying Deeraj is in critical state. Ankita blames Nutan for whatever happening and cries.
Sonam meets Milky in the temple. Sonam asks what price she wants to free Dhruv’s family. Milky says she have to marry Raghav. Sonam is shocked.

Precap: Sonam stops Raghav from filling her maang. She says her maang will be filled when the complete marriage will happen. Milky asks how long they have to wait. Sonam says just seven days.
