The episode starts with Maitree opening the main door. She sees Harsh standing there and asks why he didn’t knock on the calling bell. Harsh says to Maitree how much he is repenting for hurting her and their son. Maitree tries to say something. Harsh requests her to make him meet Swayam. Maitree takes Harsh to Swayam’s room. Harsh goes near Swayam who is sleeping. He kisses Swayam’s forehead.
Saransh tells Nandini that Maitree and Harsh will get back together for Swayam. Nandini says Maitree is Harsh’s past and I trust Harsh promise to me and I will be Harsh present and future. Saransh asks if she is assuring him or herself. He makes her insecure with his words. Nandini leaves.
Harsh kneels in front of Maitree. He apologises to Maitree for hurting her. He begs her to forgive him and save his son. Maitree asks him to control himself and says Mahadev gave him a way to repent of his mistake by giving his bone marrow to Swayam. Maitree asks if he can become a donor to Swayam. Harsh says Swayam is his son and promises Maitree that he can do anything to save their son. Maitree thanks him. They leave to meet the Doctor. Nandini overhears their conversation.
Harsh and Maitree meet the Doctor to know what they have to do to save Swayam. The doctor tells them how to save Swayam which shocks them. Maitree leaves from there.
Maitree returns home. Yash asks Maitree what the Doctor said. Harsh returns home. Nandini also asks him the same. Maitree says to Yash that Harsh couldn’t be a donor for Swayam due to the age difference. Nandini asks Harsh if there is another way to save Swayam? Maitree says to Yash that she and Harsh have to get back together as only Swayam’s sibling can save him.
Harsh says to Nandini that until a year the doctors can take care of Swayam by bringing medicine from abroad. But after that, they will not be able to do anything. Saransh is shown to be eavesdropping on their conversation.
Maitree talks with doctor on the phone about other alternatives like IVF or surrogacy. Maitree gets to know from doctors that these procedures will take time and says they can’t guarantee that she will get pregnant with it. Maitree gets stuck in a dilemma.
Harsh lashes out at himself. Nandini stops Harsh and tries to calm him down. Harsh feels guilty as he didn’t trust Maitree and hurt her all the time. Harsh requests Nandini to allow him to save his son. Nandini leaves from there.
Maitree thinks about how can she save her son. Yash suggests Maitree to get back together with Harsh. Maitree doesn’t agree with Yash’s suggestion and says she can’t destroy her friend Nandini’s family to save her son. Yash reminds Maitree that she is still legally Harsh’s wife and asks Maitree to think about Swayam. Maitree still doesn’t agree to it.
Maitree sees the nurse giving painkillers to Swayam to ease his pain. Maitree is not able to see her son in pain.
Nandini comes to Maitree’s house. Maitree hugs Nandini seeing her. Nandini reminds Maitree of their friendship and asks Maitree to do whatever it takes to save her son’s life. Nandini says she doesn’t have any objection. Maitree asks Nandini if she is hearing What she is saying. Maitree says God will show her another way and says she can’t take this step. Nandini makes a comment on Maitree and asks Maitree to come with her.
