The episode starts with Maitree banging on the wooden box. Maitree thinks of God and tries to get out of the wooden box. Swayam asks Harsh where is Maitree? Harsh says Maitree will come soon and asks Swayam not to worry. Harsh hears the doorbell ringing. Nandini says she will go and check it. Nandini sees that it is a doctor.
The doctor comes and says Maitree called him for Swayam’s regular check up. Harsh asks the doctor to check Swayam first. Harsh thinks where is Maitree?
Maitree says to God that she can’t die. Maitree says she needs to live for her unborn baby and for her Son. Maitree shakes the wooden box as much as she can. The wooden box falls from the cabinet and gets opened. Maitree escapes from the wooden box. Maitree comes to the hall.
Swayam hugs Maitree. Maitree says everything is alright. Saransh and Nandini discuss about how Maitree escaped from the box. Harsh asks Maitree where she is and says he was worried for her. Maitree asks Nandini why she did it with her. She says until now my eyes are covered with our friendship bond but finally I saw your truth. Maitree asks why she tried to kill her. Everyone gets shocked. Maitree asks Nandini to not cover it as she knows the truth that she is the culprit. Harsh asks Maitree to take a rest and says they can discuss the matter tomorrow. Nandini thinks about how everyone loves Maitree. She tries to attack Maitree but Harsh stops her. Nandini admits her crimes and says the whole house is in Maitree’s control and she is tired of everything. Maitree asks what about Mummy Ji. Nandini says I wanted to kill you but Sona died in an accident knowing my plan.
Nandini blames Maitree for her problems and says Harsh is a ray of hope in her life which she snatched. Maitree asks Nandini to not lie and reminds her that she gave Harsh to her. Nandini asks Maitree to stop playing the victim card and says Saransh opened her eyes. Nandini asks Maitree to return Harsh to her. Maitree looks on. Nandini says I know you won’t return Harsh to be that’s why I tried to kill you but your good luck saved you.
Nandini tries to attack Maitree with a knife. Om and Kusum try to stop Nandini. Nandish requests Nandini to not kill Maitree. Nandini leaves the knife and regrets admitting the truth. Dinesh comes there and arrests Saransh and Nandini. Kids hug Maitree. Maitree assures kids that the problems have ended in their life.
After one year, Maitree was blessed with a baby and Swayam got cured and everyone is happy. In the news, Maitree’s family sees the news that a tiger comes out of the jungle and roams in the Prayagraj area. The reporter asks everyone to close their doors. After seeing the news, Maitree asks Harsh to cancel his Kanpur trip. Harsh tells Maitree that it’s an important meeting and he leaves for Kanpur with Om. Maitree senses a bad vibe. It’s shown that a tiger is nearing Tiwari Sadan.
