The episode begins with Mangal applying ointment to Sudesh’s burns. She says, “I tried my best, but I don’t know how this incident happened. From now on, I’ll take even better care of you.” Sudesh responds with a hand gesture. Just then, Akshat enters and requests Mangal to let him order some outside food. Mangal tells him she has prepared a delicious meal. Akshat insists, saying, “I want to order donuts, ice cream, and—” before Sudesh adds, “Laddoos.” Akshat agrees happily. Mangal and Kusum feel delighted to see Sudesh slowly recovering. Watching them, Sowmya thinks of a new plan to stop Sudesh’s recovery.
At the dining table, Akshat praises Mangal’s cooking. Mangal gives laddoos to Sudesh and encourages him to try them. When the doorbell rings, she steps out to collect the laundry. As Sudesh eats a laddoo, he notices a pink suit in Mangal’s hands and trembles. Sowmya, seeing this, realizes it’s the same suit she wore when she pushed Sudesh off the cliff. The family rushes to Sudesh, asking what happened. He tries to gesture, but they can’t understand. Meanwhile, Sowmya discreetly hides the suit. The family takes Sudesh to his room, while Sowmya thinks, “If he regains his memory, I need to silence him before that happens.”
That night, after confirming Adit is asleep, Sowmya disguises herself with gloves and a plain dupatta. She sneaks into Sudesh’s room with an injection meant to erase his memory. Just then, Mangal decides to check on Sudesh. Sowmya hides while Mangal tucks in Sudesh and leaves. As Sowmya tries to inject him, Sudesh resists and spots a tattoo on her hand. Flashbacks reveal it’s the same hand that pushed him off the cliff. Startled, Sowmya flees. Sudesh falls to the floor and screams. Kusum hears the noise and calls Adit and Mangal. They rush in and ask how Sudesh fell. Sowmya arrives, pretending to be clueless, and suggests he might have had a nightmare. They help Sudesh back into bed. Adit suspects disturbed sleep and says he’ll call the doctor, but Sowmya discourages it, asking Kusum to call them if needed. Mangal grows suspicious and resolves to investigate.
The next day, Akshat chats with Sudesh about his favorite school subject as he draws. Mangal arrives, and Akshat proudly shows her Sudesh’s sketches. To her surprise, Sudesh has drawn the same tattoo repeatedly. Mangal wonders if Sudesh remembers something. As a school bus horn sounds, she sends Akshat off. Puzzled, she questions why her father keeps sketching the same symbol.
Sowmya turns on the fan, causing one drawing to fall near her feet. As she tries to pick it up, Mangal quickly grabs it. Kusum enters, and Mangal shows her the drawings, saying, “Dad is repeatedly drawing the same symbol. We should call the police and catch whoever tried to kill him.” Sowmya gets frightened and decides to stop Mangal.
As Mangal prepares to leave for the police station, Sowmya pours powder on the floor, causing Mangal to slip and fall in pain. Sowmya mocks her. Kusum and Adit rush in, and Kusum asks what happened. Mangal says she was on her way to the police station when she fell. Sowmya offers to take the papers and go on Mangal’s behalf, but Mangal insists on going herself. Kusum leaves to get balm. Adit, seeing Mangal struggling to get up, says, “Mom is already busy taking care of Dad. Now you’re hurt too.” He then lifts Mangal in his arms. Sowmya is left shocked.
