The episode starts with Mangal chasing Ishana. Mangal falls to the floor. Adit comes to Mangal and puts her on a sofa. Adit asks Mangal to open her eyes. Sowmya witnesses Adit tending to Mangal.
Aarav flirts with Shubhi. Ishana comes to Aarav and sees him flirting with Shubhi. Ishana approaches Shubhi and tells her that she doesn’t need to act anymore. Ishana says that she has seen Aarav’s true colours. Aarav realizes that Shubhi acted in front of him and exposed him to Ishana. Aarav tells Shubhi that he shouldn’t have forgotten that she is Mangal’s shadow. Aarav hurts Shubhi.
Ishana slaps Aarav. Ishana tells Aarav that she should have slapped him the first time he hurt her. Ishana says she was stupid to trust him over her mother. Aarav comments on Ishana and Shubhi and renders them unconscious. Aarav puts them in a car and leaves.
Mangal regains consciousness and worries about Ishana. Mangal gets a phone call from Aarav and answers it. Aarav tells Mangal that she played a game with him, and now he is going to teach both her daughters a lesson. Aarav dares Mangal to save her daughters if she can, then cuts the call. Mangal gets emotional thinking about Ishana and Shubhi. Mangal reveals to the Saxena family that Aarav has abducted both Ishana and Shubhi. After hearing this, Adit decides to kill Aarav.
Sowmya stops Adit in his room and tells him that if Aarav has taken Shubhi and Ishana to one of their hideouts, they will get caught. Adit comments on Sowmya, saying that while his daughter Ishana’s life is on the line, she is worried about business. Adit leaves.
Aarav brings Ishana and Shubhi to a jungle near the Delhi border. Aarav ties Shubhi to a tree and ties Ishana’s hands with a dupatta. Ishana begs Aarav to leave them and says they will not tell anyone about him.
Mangal calls Aarav, and he answers the call. Aarav taunts Mangal and says he is going to kill Ishana and Shubhi. Aarav accidentally drops his phone during his struggle with Ishana and Shubhi.
Ishana notices that Aarav’s phone is still connected to Mangal. Ishana tells Aarav that if he thinks Mangal will not be able to save them just because he brought them to a jungle near the Delhi border, then he is mistaken. Aarav says they need to stay alive for Mangal to save them. Ishana subtly hints to Mangal about their location. Mangal rushes to save them.
Adit realizes that Aarav is not in any of the hideouts. Adit calls Mangal and asks if she has gotten any information about Ishana. Mangal says that Aarav has taken Ishana and Shubhi to the jungle near the Delhi border. Adit leaves for that location.
Aarav decides to torture Shubhi, but Mangal arrives and pushes him away. Mangal unties Shubhi and Ishana.
Mangal later fights Aarav and thrashes him. Mangal feels pain in her ankle and falls to the ground. Aarav tries to strike back at Mangal, but Kusum arrives and rescues her.
Mangal asks Kusum what she is doing there. Kusum asks Mangal how she could stay away, as she is Mangal’s mother and also a woman. Kusum and Mangal thrash Aarav together. Aarav throws dirt into their eyes.
Aarav tries to take Ishana away. Mangal tries to stab him from behind with a stick.
The episode ends.
Precap: Adit and the cops arrive at the location and see that Aarav is dead. Mangal surrenders to the cops, saying that she killed Aarav. Ishana stops the cops and says that she killed Aarav.
Our take:- Mangal’s fierce fight against Aarav kept the episode intense and emotional throughout.
Ishana finally realizing Aarav’s true face was one of the biggest turning points of the story.
