The episode starts with Kusum and her husband asking Adit to keep his anger under control. Gayatri questions Adit how can he insult her son when Karthik just helped them. Karthik tries to stop her. Kusum asks Karthik to not stop Gayatri and tells Adit that his behaviour with Karthik is wrong. She reminds Adit that she will not bear if any clash arises between her and her sister because of him. Adit says she is misunderstanding him and says it’s all my fault. He thanks Karthik and says what you did was right and I am the most useless son, I wish I was like you. He leaves. Karthik also leaves from there.
Gayatri tells Kusum that she just controlled herself because of her. Kusum asks Gayatri to not take Adit’s words seriously and says she is confused about Adit’s change in recent times. Gayatri says she is worried about Karthik. Lakshmi overhears it. Lakshmi comes outside and sees Karthik near his car. Lakshmi tries to lighten Karthik’s mood. She advises him to resolve his differences with Adit for Mangal’s happiness. Karthik agrees. Lakshmi says today is last day at this place so we need to take good memories to new home so talk to Adit. Karthik agrees. Gayatri and Kusum overhear everything. Kusum tells Gayatri that Lakshmi is becoming mature like Mangal. Kusum comments it’s all Adit’s mistake.
Adit searches for his charger in anger. Mangal sees Karthik going to Adit’s room. She gives Adit’s favourite cake to Karthik and sends him. Karthik goes to Adit with cake and asks Adit to forgive him. Adit rebukes him. Karthik tells Adit that he is his role model and asks Adit to forgive him. Mangal smiles. Adit says he also overreacted. Karthik feeds the cake to Adit. Karthik receives Jia’s call and goes out to attend it.
Mangal comes to Adit. Adit asks Mangal for his charger. Mangal gives him his charger. She notices he is feeling headache and messages his head.
Karthik tells Jia that he can’t meet her due to Adit’s new house ceremony. Jia comments he is busy these days and is running to Lakshmi. Jia says she is not jealous of Lakshmi. Karthik praises Lakshmi. Jia cuts the call. Mangal comes there with coffee for Karthik and overhears Karthik praising Lakshmi. She gives coffee to Karthik. Karthik asks Mangal to take a rest. They see the sudden rain.
Later Mangal comes to the kitchen and sees Lakshmi preparing food. Mangal thinks Lakshmi and Karthik are alike. Lakshmi sees Mangal and asks her to take a rest. Mangal sees cake and asks if she didn’t eat it. Lakshmi recalls delivery boy words and tells Mangal that delivery boy saw Adit with some other girl.
