The episode begins with Adit asking the principal what happened to Akshat.
The teacher informs him that Akshat met Mangal, and since then, he has been uncontrollable. Despite locking him in a room, his tantrums only worsened. Adit blames them for allowing Akshat to meet Mangal. The principal explains that Akshat is unable to adjust to the environment and, for his safety, requests Adit to take him home. Adit insists he can take care of his son and accuses them of failing in their responsibility. He demands that they send Akshat with him.
On the way back, Adit asks Akshat why he is crying. Just then, Sowmya calls Adit and questions the message he sent and why he is bringing Akshat back from the boarding school. Adit pulls the car over and steps out to talk. Meanwhile, Mangal calls the school to check on Akshat, and the teacher informs her that he has left. The call is abruptly disconnected, leaving Mangal worried about Akshat.
Adit tells Sowmya that Akshat is not coping well in school, and even the principal asked him to take Akshat home.
Sowmya argues that she has already paid the full year’s fee and tells him not to bring Akshat back. She accuses Adit of not caring about her money. Adit responds that Akshat is his son, he’s in trauma, and needs care. He assures her that he’ll repay the money spent on the children. Sowmya mockingly asks where he’ll get the money from and says talking is easy, but actions matter. She tells him to speak to her in a high tone only when he starts earning, and then she hangs up. Frustrated, she thinks to herself, “I want to send Ishana and Kusum away, but Adit is bringing Akshat back.”
Feeling the pressure of everything going on, Adit realizes he’s in front of Kapil Bhatnagar’s office.
He tells Akshat to stay in the car as he has some work inside. Akshat refuses to stay alone, but Adit threatens to send him back to boarding school if he doesn’t listen. Reluctantly, Akshat agrees. Adit locks the car and leaves. Akshat feels suffocated inside, finds the water bottle empty, and eventually falls unconscious.
Mangal arrives at the office in an auto.
As her papers fly away in the wind, she collects them and notices Akshat unconscious in the locked car. Panicked, she pleads with him to open the door. She tries unlocking it but fails. Worried, she wonders where Adit went after locking the car.
Meanwhile, Adit calls Kapil and pleads for one opportunity.
Kapil scolds him for bothering him again but recalls his mother’s request and considers it briefly. Still, he tells Adit he is busy and cuts the call.
Back outside, Mangal breaks the car window and pulls Akshat out.
She gives him water and reassures him that she is there. Adit returns to find them together. Akshat tells Mangal he doesn’t want to go with Adit, fearing he’ll be sent to the hostel again, and begs her to take him instead. Mangal comforts him, promising she won’t let that happen.
Adit tries to take Akshat from Mangal, but she stops him.
She says Akshat needs her. Adit argues that everything was fine before she entered their lives. Mangal retorts, saying Akshat is clearly not fine, and challenges him to explain what part of this situation is “fine.” Bystanders begin murmuring about the scene. Adit tells Mangal to stay away, reminding her that their relationship is over. Mangal counters that their relationship may have ended, but her bond with her children hasn’t.
Despite her protests, Adit forcefully puts Akshat back in the car.
In the struggle, he drops his file but doesn’t notice. He drives off with Akshat. Unbeknownst to him, Kapil witnesses the entire scene and realizes that Mangal is Adit Saxena’s wife.
Episode ends.
