The episode starts with Gayatri stopping Mangal and asking where she is going at 4 a.m. Mangal tells Gayatri that she is going to the wholesale market. Gayatri then asks about breakfast, and Mangal replies that she has already prepared it. Gayatri questions why she is wearing sports shoes, and Mangal makes up a reason and leaves.
At the ground, Jayaraj tells Mangal that she is three minutes late. Mangal apologizes and explains that Gayatri stopped her. Jayaraj reprimands her, saying she cannot be late even by three seconds. He then gives her three minutes to get ready.
Mangal changes into sportswear and comes back, but Jayaraj tells her she needs to wear a saree since she does all her work in a saree, and her training will also be in one.
Jayaraj makes Mangal run in a saree and encourages her to push herself. Mangal runs but soon feels exhausted and says she cannot continue.
Later, Jayaraj teaches Mangal how to identify a fake currency note from a real one. He tells her that he will continue the rest of the training the next day.
The following day, Mangal quietly leaves the house. Adit notices her and wonders where she is going so early.
During training, Jayaraj encourages Mangal to run, and this time she overtakes him, which excites her.
Jayaraj then attaches weights to Mangal’s legs, making it difficult for her to walk. Mangal tells him that she cannot continue the training as it is too difficult.
Mangal receives a call from Kusum. Jayaraj warns her that phones are not allowed during training, but Mangal insists that she has responsibilities toward her family and answers the call.
Kusum asks Mangal to tell Adit to take his phone from home. She explains that Adit noticed Mangal leaving and questioned her about it. Kusum says she told Adit that Mangal had gone to her office and forgotten her lunch. She adds that Adit is on his way to deliver it and will reach in ten minutes. Hearing this, Mangal becomes anxious and rushes to her office.
Adit arrives at the office and notices that the shutter is down. He suspects that Mangal has lied and gone somewhere else. Just then, Mangal opens the shutter from inside. She asks Adit why he is there. Adit says he came to give her lunch, but Mangal points out that he has never done that before and asks for the real reason. Adit responds that she is overthinking. Mangal reminds him that his past actions are the reason for her suspicion and accuses him of stealing Pehla Swaad from her. Adit claims that he actually saved it and leaves.
Jayaraj then arrives and praises Mangal, pointing out that although she said she could not even walk with weights, she managed to run three kilometers in ten minutes. He declares that she is ready for the mission, but Mangal expresses doubt and says she does not feel ready.
Meanwhile, a mysterious boss tells his goon that a wedding is the perfect opportunity to circulate fake currency, and the goon agrees.
At Anjali and Vikram’s wedding, Mangal is shown managing the arrangements. Jayaraj calls her and informs her that a large consignment is arriving from Chandigarh, urging her to stay alert. Mangal replies that she is currently at a wedding. Gayatri overhears and jokingly asks whom she is talking to like James Bond. Mangal makes an excuse and walks away.
During the ceremony, Anjali’s father gives dowry to Gopal, Vikram’s father. Gopal refuses the money after realizing it is fake currency and threatens to stop the wedding. Mangal overhears their conversation and intervenes, declaring that the baraat will not leave.
Adit is revealed to be disguised as a band member.
