The episode begins with Mangal waiting anxiously for Kusum’s decision. She realizes it’s time for Sudesh’s medication and goes to him.
Mangal gives Sudesh his medicine and asks him to wait a little while, as there is a pooja taking place. She reflects on how she wishes she could talk to Sudesh like before. Hearing the sound of the pooja bell, Mangal realizes the ritual has begun and leaves to attend it.
She arrives to find Kusum performing the pooja. After completing the ritual, Kusum applies tika to everyone, including Mangal.
Meanwhile, Sowmya approaches Kusum and praises Mangal for taking good care of Sudesh, adding that he is recovering well. She insists that Mangal deserves the credit and encourages Kusum to apply tika to her as well after the pooja, pointing out that Mangal looks worried. Initially hesitant, Kusum finally agrees.
Sowmya secretly watches as Kusum applies tika to Mangal and thinks that now Mangal will assume Kusum has accepted her marriage with Kapil.
Mangal thanks Kusum for her gesture and expresses her happiness with Kusum’s decision. She then asks Kusum if she plans to talk to Adit. Worried that Mangal might reveal the marriage to Adit, Sowmya deliberately breaks a vase to interrupt the conversation. Kusum scolds Sowmya to be careful and leaves.
Later, at the office, Mangal is working in her cabin when Kapil arrives and offers her coffee. She asks him why he’s doing all this, saying she would’ve done it herself. Kapil playfully replies that he’ll be doing such things for life now. Just then, Adit enters, hands over a file, and asks both Kapil and Mangal to review it. He then praises them as good business partners and congratulates Kapil on his wedding, before leaving. Mangal assumes Kusum must have spoken to Adit.
Soon after, Mangal receives a call and leaves the cabin.
Elsewhere, a peon brings wedding invitation samples sent by Pratima to Kapil. Kapil calls her, asking why she sent them to his office. Pratima explains that she’s handling everything and wants him to select a card. Kapil says he prefers the red one but guesses Mangal might like the green one. He says he’ll decide soon.
Kapil then signals the peon to deliver a document to Adit, but the peon misunderstands and delivers a wedding invitation instead.
At the office, Adit’s colleagues ask why he hasn’t left for home yet. Adit replies that he’s heading out. One of the women remarks that she expected him to be upset about Kapil’s wedding. Confused, Adit says he’s happy for Kapil but doesn’t understand what they mean, and heads home.
Meanwhile, Kapil shows the wedding cards to Mangal and asks her to choose. Mangal tells him to make the decision himself. Sensing her hesitation, Kapil asks if she’s unhappy about the wedding. Mangal replies that she’s happy as long as her family is happy.
Back home, Mangal asks Kusum if she spoke to Adit. Kusum says she hasn’t. Mangal then wonders why Adit congratulated Kapil if Kusum hadn’t spoken to him.

Precap – Adit lashes out at Mangal as she has agreed to marry Kapil even after being a mother of two kids. Adit says the colleagues were always saying that she was having an affair with Kapil but he never believed any of them.
