The episode begins with Karthik asking the disguised Lakshmi if she is alright. She nods and quietly leaves with the pandit. Jia assumes that Lakshmi changed her attire, arrived with the pandit, and disrupted everything—preventing even the selection of the auspicious muhurta.
Jia later meets Veda and apologizes for ruining her cake earlier. She asks for forgiveness and offers Veda some toys to take in her car. Veda forgives her and agrees to go along. Jia then calls Raghuveer and informs him that Veda is now under her control. Noticing Veda is missing from home, Raghuveer questions Jia, who then confesses to kidnapping his daughter. She video calls him to show Veda and warns him that if he fails to keep Karthik and Lakshmi apart, per their deal, Veda will be harmed. She adds that even a shocking revelation could traumatize the child. Jia then lets Veda go, giving her toys and chocolates.
Raghuveer is relieved to see Veda return home. He hugs her tightly and tells her not to go anywhere without informing him.
Meanwhile, Karthik is seen venting his frustration through intense boxing. Umesh questions him about his behavior and reminds him of Lakshmi. Karthik insists he no longer cares about her. Umesh tries to advise him, but Karthik storms off.
Later, Veda notices Lakshmi’s injured hand and asks about it. Lakshmi assures her she’s fine. Raghuveer then tells Veda to change her clothes and go to bed. Veda complains that Lakshmi always helps her change, but Raghuveer explains that Lakshmi is hurt and asks her to manage on her own. Veda agrees and leaves.
Raghuveer then asks Lakshmi if she is thinking about Karthik. Lakshmi assumes he will again advise her to stay away from Karthik because of the threat in the house. Instead, Raghuveer urges her to speak with Karthik and resolve the misunderstandings. Lakshmi reminds him that he himself warned her of the danger. Raghuveer admits it, but says he can’t protect her forever. Still, he promises to stand by her side if anything happens. Lakshmi expresses her gratitude.
Karthik recalls Umesh’s words and decides to meet Lakshmi. However, Raghuveer sees him and acts quickly—pretending to help Lakshmi with the laundry. Karthik spots them together, misunderstands the situation, and walks away disheartened.
The next morning, Gayatri notices the decorations in the house and questions Jia. Jia tells her it’s for her and Karthik’s pre-wedding shoot. Gayatri warns that all this will only upset Karthik more. Jia then claims the arrangements were actually made by Karthik himself. Gayatri is surprised, and Jia reminds her that she had already said Karthik would eventually come around.
Meanwhile, Raghuveer encourages Lakshmi to meet Karthik. She agrees and enters the house. Just then, Raghuveer receives a message from Jia: “It’s time to execute the plan.” He confirms he’s proceeding.
Karthik then spots Lakshmi in his house.
