The episode starts with Lakshmi searching for Karthik. Karthik, who hears Lakshmi’s voice, turns towards her and is about to call out to her, but before she can see him, the kidnappers abduct him. Lakshmi finds his smartwatch and starts searching for him.
Meanwhile, Jia waits for her men. When they arrive, they inform her that another gang kidnapped Karthik before they could. Jia lashes out at them and refuses to pay unless they bring Karthik. They leave in search of him. Jia suspects Lakshmi might be behind the kidnapping and angrily shouts her name.
Lakshmi and her family pray to Maata Rani for Karthik’s safety. Jia returns home and sees them praying. Realizing that Lakshmi knows nothing about Karthik’s whereabouts, she begins to wonder where he could be. At a chemical lab, a boss tells his team that Karthik will become their weapon to achieve their goal.
Lakshmi traps Jia in a net and questions her about Karthik. Jia asks her not to waste time. Lakshmi warns her, saying her time is up and reveals that Jia’s mother has been kidnapped, demanding Karthik’s location in exchange for her safety. Jia scolds her. Lakshmi says, “I will return your mother if you give me Karthik.” However, Jia hides the fact that Karthik is not with her. Karthik is shown unconscious with the gang that kidnapped him, who are preparing explosive equipment.
While on the way, Jia pretends to get a call and tells Lakshmi that Karthik escaped from her men. Lakshmi refuses to believe her and reminds her that Prema is still in their custody. Jia suggests they search for Karthik separately and asks for her mother’s location. Lakshmi gives her the address, and Jia leaves.
Jia looks at the address on the slip and heads to the location.
She arrives at an abandoned warehouse and looks for Prema. Suddenly, she steps into a rope trap and ends up hanging upside down. Lakshmi appears and reminds Jia that she warned her about the consequences of betrayal. It’s revealed that Lakshmi had noticed Jia faking the call earlier.
Lakshmi confronts Jia, asking if she really thought she wouldn’t catch the lie. She demands Karthik’s location and threatens to burn her if she doesn’t talk. Jia, still hanging over a drum with fire below, insists she doesn’t know where Karthik is. Lakshmi then threatens to cut the rope unless Jia tells her the truth.
Meanwhile, Karthik’s kidnappers plan to use him as a human bomb for their selfish motives.
Jia tells Lakshmi that Karthik was taken by someone else and pleads with her to believe it. Lakshmi decides that she must find Karthik somehow.
