The episode starts with Lakshmi requesting the inspector to find Karthik as soon as possible. She also asks him to investigate whether Jia is involved. The inspector agrees and tells her to inform them immediately if she receives any ransom call. Lakshmi agrees.
Meanwhile, Jia cries while holding Karthik’s photo. Umesh comes and asks Gayatri to calm down. She loses her temper, drops Karthik’s photo, and the glass breaks. She says Karthik is in danger. Umesh says that Karthik is under Jia’s control and must be rescued from her clutches. Sanjana arrives and tells Gayatri to ask Jia directly if Karthik is with her, reminding her of their past connection. Gayatri scolds her and walks away.
Elsewhere, the terrorists take a break and leave the place briefly. Karthik regains consciousness and tries to free himself to reach out to Lakshmi. He manages to call her. Lakshmi answers the call. The inspector instructs his team to track the call. Lakshmi hears Karthik’s voice and realizes it’s a call from him. She urges him not to hang up as they are tracing his location. Just then, the kidnappers notice Karthik making a call. One of them enters and smashes the phone before the tracking can be completed. Lakshmi asks the inspector to find another way to rescue Karthik.
The kidnappers then turn Karthik into a human bomb by forcing him to wear a bomb jacket. They tie him to a chair and tell him that no one is coming to save him.
Lakshmi prays to Maata Rani for help in finding Karthik. She stumbles upon a clue and rushes to a location. There, she bumps into a man, causing some wires and other items to fall. She apologizes and shows him Karthik’s photo, asking if he has seen him. He denies it and walks away. Suspicious, Lakshmi follows him and reaches the location where Karthik is being held. She sees the terrorists preparing a bomb.
Jia arrives at the same location and wonders why Lakshmi has come to this secluded godown. Meanwhile, the terrorists inject something into Karthik and take him away. Lakshmi, hiding inside a carton, almost gets caught but manages to escape as the terrorists leave to eat. Jia opens a window, notices the terrorists’ activities, and feels frightened.
Lakshmi reaches the unconscious Karthik. She removes the cloth from his mouth and unties him. When she sees the bomb jacket on him, she is shocked.
