The episode starts with Lakshmi trying to diffuse the bomb strapped to Karthik’s body. She shivers and prays to Maata Rani for help. With great difficulty, she successfully diffuses the bomb. Meanwhile, Jia sees Karthik from the window. Afraid of getting into trouble, she decides to leave but her phone rings, alerting the goons. Jia quickly cuts the call and runs away. The terrorists, sensing an intruder, begin searching the area.
Lakshmi senses the terrorists approaching. She hurriedly places Karthik on a chair and hides outside the window. The terrorists discover that someone has diffused the bomb and, noticing the open window, rush outside to search for the intruder. Lakshmi hides under a car, managing to escape detection.
While escaping, Lakshmi bumps into Jia. Recognizing Jia’s ringtone, she questions her about her presence. Jia claims she came for Karthik, but Lakshmi accuses her of putting Karthik in danger and abandoning him. Jia selfishly says she values her own life and cannot risk it. Furious, Lakshmi pins her against a vehicle, declaring that Jia does not truly love Karthik and calling her selfish. She says, “Karthik and I are bonded for seven lifetimes, and I will save him!” She warns Jia that if anything happens to Karthik, she will not spare her. Lakshmi pushes Jia away as Jia leaves frustrated.
Lakshmi returns home and informs Karthik’s family about his captivity. Gayatri immediately blames Lakshmi for Karthik’s troubles. Umesh defends Lakshmi, saying she has always been Karthik’s savior, but Gayatri refuses to listen, accusing Lakshmi of endangering Karthik’s life. Lakshmi assures them that since they chose her, she will be the one to save Karthik. Gayatri insists on calling the police, but Lakshmi warns that it could put Karthik at greater risk. Umesh agrees with Lakshmi and stops Gayatri from making the call. An upset Gayatri leaves. Sanjana and Umesh try to console Lakshmi.
Meanwhile, a servant asks Sanjana if he should bring her tea, but she scolds him. This gives Lakshmi an idea.
The terrorists, on the other hand, discuss how their human bomb will create havoc in the city. Disguising herself as Chotu’s brother, Lakshmi infiltrates the terrorists’ hideout. She offers them spiked tea to make them unconscious and plans to escape with Karthik. Just as the terrorists are about to drink the tea, someone throws a stone with a chit attached. The chit warns them that the tea seller is an imposter, there to save the captive.
Realizing the betrayal, the terrorists catch Lakshmi and tear off her disguise. Their leader demands to know how she dared to enter their hideout. Jia, who had tipped off the terrorists, smirks from a distance, thinking she has ensured Lakshmi’s death alongside Karthik.
The terrorists aim their guns at Lakshmi, accusing her of being a police officer. Lakshmi pleads, saying the person they intend to use for their mission is her husband, and begs them to release him. However, they do not believe her and lock her in the same room as the unconscious Karthik. Lakshmi breaks down, crying as she hugs him tightly.
