The episode begins with Raghuveer asking Lakshmi to recall whatever she can. A sketch artist draws based on Lakshmi’s description. Lakshmi tells Raghuveer that she was on a cliff, and a woman wearing a black hoodie—under which she had on a saree and an earring—was present. Raghuveer asks Lakshmi if she saw the person’s face. Lakshmi replies that the face was oval. He then asks whose face it was, but Lakshmi remains silent.
Meanwhile, Jia tells the Nigam family that she has called a fashion designer from Jaipur for her bridal dress, and the designer will present her designs to them.
Ridhi Kalra arrives to meet Jia, who thanks her for coming. Ridhi asks Jia if she’s ready for a fashion show, and Jia agrees.
Models begin showcasing the designs one by one. Nidhi appreciates all of them, saying each one is beautiful and commenting on their uniqueness. Suddenly, a palanquin enters the Nigam mansion. To everyone’s surprise, Lakshmi steps out of it and begins dancing around the Nigam family and Karthik.
Lakshmi removes her veil and reveals herself to Karthik. Sanjana runs and hugs her. Jia, shocked, asks Lakshmi how she dared to return and tells her to get out. Lakshmi boldly responds that the house belongs to her and asks Jia to leave instead. Jia turns to Karthik and demands that he throw Lakshmi out, threatening to make the family homeless if he doesn’t comply. Karthik asks Lakshmi why she has returned and tells her to leave. Umesh questions Karthik’s behavior, but Karthik brushes it off, saying Umesh won’t understand.
Lakshmi tries to explain that what happened to her was part of a conspiracy. Jia taunts her and claims no one will believe her lies. Gayatri also criticizes Lakshmi, saying that while Lakshmi abandoned Karthik, it was Jia who stood by him and gave him strength.
Lakshmi then accuses Gayatri of always trying to push her out of the Nigam mansion—and now, of attempting to kill her. Gayatri asks if she has any proof. Lakshmi leaves without answering. Umesh questions Gayatri about Lakshmi’s claims, but Gayatri denies knowing anything.
Later, Lakshmi confronts Gayatri and shows her the saree and earring that Gayatri was wearing the day Lakshmi went missing. She asks Gayatri if these belong to her. Gayatri confirms they do. Lakshmi recounts that she was attacked when she went to meet Karthik and was tied to a chair. She says she escaped and found this earring at the scene—so how is it that Gayatri has it? Lakshmi then accuses Gayatri of pushing her off the cliff.
Karthik refuses to believe Lakshmi and again asks her to leave. Lakshmi says that while he may not believe her, the police will—and she has evidence. She warns that Gayatri will end up in jail if she leaves the house and asks Karthik to think carefully. She gives the Nigam family some time to make a decision.
Karthik insists that Lakshmi cannot force them to let her stay. Lakshmi replies that she has every right to be there, reminding him that she is still his legal wife. She tells the Nigam family that she will help them if they can’t decide. Lakshmi then performs the Griha Pravesh (bridal entry ritual) on her own and enters the mansion.
