The episode begins with Vikrant learning Mr. Sinha sent him photos for hoarding. He recalls how Mannat came to him for money. He asks why Mannat did not tell him she wanted money for Neetu. He hallucinates Neetu. Neetu asks him to come to her soon because he may not see her later. Vikrant selects Dua’s photo for hoarding without seeing it. He decides to go to Neetu.
Yashika comes there and tells Vikrant, “Let’s spend time together.” Vikrant tells her that he has a meeting and all. So she can take Yuvi with her. Yashika asks him to take a small break from work. Vikrant replies he has to go and leaves from there. Yashika thinks Vikrant ignores her for work every time. And she has to do babysitting of Yuvi.
In the hospital, Arzoo sees Mannat and Roni. She thinks she has to find out Neetu’s truth. Because if Neetu is really sick, then Vikrant will forget everything and forgive them. Mannat informs Roni that Mr. Sinha informed them money has been arranged. Roni gets happy hearing this. Vikrant reaches the hospital to meet Neetu.
Yuvi asks Yashika where the food is because he is hungry. Yashika replies food must be on the way. The delivery man comes there and gives food. Yashika realizes that Yuvi ordered extra food and she did not check that. She wonders how she will pay because she doesn’t have money now. The delivery man asks her to pay soon. Yashika searches for money in her bag. Malla comes there and pays for food. Yashika asks Malla what the need of it is when she would have paid. Malla replies it’s fine. She says she understands Yashika forgot her wallet. Yashika nods at Malla.
Malla says Yashika cares about Yuvi so much. So Yashika should become Vikrant’s permanent life partner. And Mannat is in Mumbai, so she will try her best to reunite with Vikrant, which should not happen. Vishaka announces she will throw a party for Valentine’s Day. She asks Yashika to invite her parents. Malla says she went to Yashika’s Aadhaar card address. But she could not meet Yashika’s parents. Yashika agrees to bring her parents to the party. She learns Vikrant lied to her about the meeting. She hopes Vikrant did not go to Mannat.
The doctor tells Mannat that Neetu’s condition is worsening. Mannat tells him to arrange everything for surgery because she arranged money. The doctor says Neetu can’t travel for three weeks after surgery. Arzoo hears this. She thinks Neetu should die. Mannat tells Dhariya that she will bring money. She says she lost her Shruti maa, but she won’t let anything happen to Neetu. Roni says everyone deserves a daughter like Mannat.
Vikrant asks what Arzoo is doing there.
Arzoo lies; she came for charity. She leaves from there and calls Malla. Later, Malla asks what Arzoo is doing outside the hospital. Arzoo reveals Vikrant is there to meet Neetu. She gets a bag from Malla.

Our Take: Vikrant visits the hospital to meet Neetu. But he is hesitating to go in front of Roni. So he may return without meeting Neetu. He selects Dua’s photo for hoarding without seeing it. And it will be interesting to see how he will react after learning the truth.
Will Mannat see Arzoo’s face? Will Mannat lose the money?
