The episode starts with Manmeet asking Mannat what happened to her. Mannat tells her that she feels dizzy after seeing blood. Manmeet says that she is making her work overtime and asks if she is really a lab assistant. Mannat nods. Manmeet asks her to take the sample to the lab, saying she doesn’t trust her sister and will accompany her.
Mannat thinks that Aarambhi hasn’t arrived yet. Meanwhile, Aarambhi notices that Nandita is following her. She asks the driver to stop the auto, puts on her shoes, and walks away. Nandita continues to follow her. Aarambhi notices two women fighting and uses the opportunity to hide from Nandita’s sight. Nandita searches for her, feels thirsty, and drinks water. Aarambhi splashes water on the women, who misunderstand that Nandita did it and start arguing with her. They splash water on Nandita. Aarambhi feels bad but runs away.
Mannat prays to God to send Aarambhi as soon as possible. Manmeet asks Mannat if she wants to go back home, but Mannat says she is ready to work extra hours and motivates herself to continue. Vishwas tells Manmeet that he needs Arzoo’s report immediately, as she is like a family member to him. Mannat fears getting caught, so she removes her specs. Manmeet introduces her as a lab assistant and asks the staff to send Arzoo’s report to Vishwas’s cabin, saying Mannat will collect it. Mannat thinks she has to do something to change the report.
Meanwhile, Yashika thanks Avantika for her advice. Dimple asks what is going on between them. Avantika says she was advising Yashika to be careful with Chef Mannat. Dimple says Mannat is just a cook and questions why anyone should be careful around her.
Avantika lies, saying Mannat has an eye on Vikrant and thinks Dimple will be disappointed with Aarambhi for being close to Mannat. Dimple says she doesn’t like such characterless women who cling to married men and calls them gold diggers. Avantika says an extramarital affair involves two people and questions why only the woman is blamed. Dimple replies that the woman is aware the man is married and still continues the affair, making her characterless. She says she doesn’t support such women and praises her family traditions, stating that no one in her family has divorced yet. She calls Aarambhi a gold digger despite everything given to her and says she lacks class. Avantika thinks Vishwas hasn’t revealed her truth to his family for this reason. Dimple adds that she can forgive a gold digger but not a characterless woman. Avantika realizes she cannot enter this family without Dimple’s approval and wonders how to impress her.
Later, Mannat tries to pull the power connection, and the power goes off. She thinks God is helping her. Aarambhi arrives disguised as a technician and asks everyone to wait outside while she repairs it.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya worries about her report. Dimple consoles her, saying nothing will go wrong as she is a good person. Mallika arrives. Yashika says she thinks Mannat is behind everything, but Vikrant denies it. Yashika claims Mannat tried to attack her many times. Vikrant defends Mannat, saying he knows her well. Yashika argues that people can change. Vikrant asks for proof and questions whether she saw Mannat doing anything. He reminds her that Mannat herself suggested taking Aishwarya to the hospital, fearing she might be framed.
Mallika asks Vikrant why he is upsetting Yashika for Mannat. Vikrant tells her not to blame Mannat without proof. He says he cannot accept accusations against an innocent person and apologizes to Vishwas for being rude. Vishwas comments that women often overreact to small issues and that he should get used to it.
Dimple supports Vikrant, and Vikrant assures Aishwarya that Mannat would never harm her. Meanwhile, Manmeet feels pain in her abdomen. Raj notices her wound, and she excuses herself to check Arzoo’s report. Raj becomes determined to find out what happened to her.
Mannat and Aarambhi change Aishwarya’s report. Aarambhi says she failed to change the last page. Manmeet takes the report to Vishwas, who reviews it and takes Vikrant aside. He tells him that it indicates liver failure. Vikrant is shocked and asks how this happened suddenly. Manmeet says even Aarambhi didn’t notice any symptoms, despite her family being full of doctors, and it seems Aishwarya also ignored them.
Vikrant asks what they should do. Manmeet says a liver transplant is needed, but another doctor suggests medication first and says a transplant may be required only if there is no improvement. Otherwise, it may be difficult to save her.
Aishwarya overhears this and is shocked. Vikrant questions Yashika for letting her come, but Yashika says she couldn’t stop her. Aishwarya recalls her past wrongdoing toward Shruti and collapses.
Mannat and Aarambhi watch everything from their hiding place. Mannat thinks that Aishwarya is finally experiencing her pain and says she is punishing her for killing her mother, Shruti.
Vikrant and Vishwas reassure Aishwarya, telling her not to worry and that medication may help, so she should stay calm.
Aarambhi apologizes to Mannat for failing to change the last page of the report, saying their plan would have fully succeeded otherwise. Mannat tells her not to blame herself and says she is satisfied seeing fear in Aishwarya’s eyes. Aarambhi suggests prescribing multivitamins and secretly replacing Aishwarya’s liver medication, which could worsen her condition. Mannat thanks her for helping achieve the impossible. Vishwas calls Aarambhi. She answers and says she came to meet Mannat regarding party preparations. Mannat joins the call and confirms Aarambhi is with her. Vishwas’s doubts are cleared, and he ends the call. Dimple scolds Nandita for the confusion and asks Avantika to continue with Saloja’s party preparations. Nandita remains convinced she saw Aarambhi.
Mannat asks Aarambhi to plan a way to push Aishwarya toward a liver transplant and make it seem urgent. Aarambhi says they must ensure no real harm comes to her. Mannat searches online and shows several ideas. Aarambhi selects one, suggesting a liquid plan that will make Aishwarya feel dizzy, making her condition appear critical. She assures it is safe. Mannat says their final plan is now in motion.
