The episode starts with Aarambhi telling Avanthika that she wants to find out who tore her dress. Avanthika says that the guests are waiting for her and she shouldn’t create a scene there. Aarambhi replies that someone made her do this. She says she is Mrs. Vishwas Tandon and questions how someone could humiliate her like this. She vows to teach that person a lesson. She adds that everyone is recording videos, so she can catch the culprit red-handed.
Avanthika tries to stop her, but Aarambhi says she should have thought about it earlier. She says she will humiliate that person in front of everyone and questions why Avanthika is stopping her. Aarambhi taunts her, saying that since she is just a guest, she cannot understand what a family needs. She adds that Avanthika is senior to her and should know better. Aarambhi returns the surgical knife to Avanthika and leaves.
Meanwhile, Raj meets Manmeet. Manmeet thanks him for helping her when she fainted. Raj offers to dress her wound. She praises his helpful nature. Raj then tells her that he wants to uncover the mystery. Manmeet denies that there is any mystery. Raj reveals that his bhabhi has the same wound and presses her to tell the truth.
Manmeet refuses to discuss her personal life, but Raj insists and says that she took a day off on his bhabhi’s surgery day and hid the donor’s details. Meanwhile, Yuvi tells Aarambhi that he got hurt, and she gives him first aid. Mannat prays to God for help. Aarambhi asks Yuvi to run into Arzoo and hug her. Yuvi accidentally pushes Aishwarya and bumps into Aarambhi. Mannat thinks he did this for her. Aishwarya’s hand gets burnt.

Aarambhi and Mannat secretly mix medicine into the first aid box. Aarambhi says that Aishwarya and Vishwas are dangerous and inhuman, and that God will punish them. She says they will make Avanthika unknowingly commit this sin and that they will win this battle without anyone suspecting them.
Avanthika then treats Aishwarya. Mannat pretends to praise her skills. Dimple tells Aarambhi to learn from Avanthika. Vikrant notices Aarambhi’s expression and suspects she is up to something. Suddenly, Aishwarya faints.

Vikrant supporting Mannat was a major emotional highlight and shows a shift in his character. However, Mallika’s willingness to donate her liver could become the biggest hurdle in their plan. The story is now moving into a more dangerous phase where one mistake could expose everything. Overall, the episode builds strong suspense and sets up an exciting twist ahead.
