The episode starts with Vikrant thinking about Mannat and Dua. He wonders what is going on with him. He knows very well that Mannat has moved on in her life and is now married to Dhairya. He tells himself that he has to stay away from her, yet he is unable to separate himself emotionally. He cannot accept that Mannat is leaving tomorrow.
Dua asks him if he is sad, and he tries to console her. Vikrant says he is feeling sad because she is going back. Dua says she is also sad as she will miss her friend. She shows her collections to Vikrant, and he becomes emotional seeing her affection for him. He expresses his feelings to Dua and gives her his best wishes.
Dhairya and Mannat get emotional seeing their bond. Vikrant gives a special gift to Dua and assures her that he will always be there for her. She thanks him for the bracelet and ties the matching bracelet on his wrist. He asks her to tap the smiley whenever she misses him and says that his love and blessings will always be with her.
He advises her to stay strong, never give up, and always believe in herself. He says he knows she is strong enough to handle any situation. Vikrant adds that he will pray to God to give him a Dua like her in his life. Dua sweetly replies that she is his Dua.
Mannat and Dhairya feel emotional seeing their bond. Vikrant hugs Dua and cries. Dua thanks him for the lovely gift. Mannat thinks that she cannot reveal to Vikrant that Dua is his daughter.
Vikrant shows more gifts to Dua, but she says there is a problem—she cannot accept them because her mother may not like it. Mannat arrives and refuses to accept the gift. Vikrant pleads with her not to refuse it and expresses that he truly loves Dua and shares a strong bond with her. Mannat says he does not need to remember her.

Meanwhile, Aarambhi is checking her certificates and thinks that tomorrow is a very important day in her life. Vishwas comes there, and she hides the certificate. He notices that Aarambhi is not talking to him like before and questions her behavior. He says she neither apologizes nor speaks to him and feels that she is ashamed to call him her husband. He tells her she can go alone to Vikrant’s wedding and does not need to accompany him.
Aarambhi responds that he keeps saying she has changed, but he has changed too. Earlier, he used to defend her when his mother taunted her, but now he also looks down on her. Vishwas argues that she changed after coming to Mumbai, while she counters that he changed after her kidney transplantation. He says she used to obey him but no longer listens to him.
Aarambhi says she cannot support anything wrong. Vishwas refuses to take her along to the wedding. Aarambhi accidentally drops her certificate, but Vishwas rushes out after hearing Avantika’s voice. Aarambhi thinks Avantika helped her unintentionally. Nandita suspects that Aarambhi is hiding something and decides to find out the truth, especially after Karthick went to jail because of her.
Later, Vikrant apologizes to Mannat for disappointing her and again pleads with her to accept the gift since Dua liked it. Mannat argues with him, accusing him of trying to create a new relationship with Dua. She complains that he can break hearts easily and questions his ability to maintain relationships. They end up arguing again. Meanwhile, Dua thanks Mannat for accepting the gift.
Aarambhi visits Manmeet’s house and brings food for her. Manmeet says Raj had already brought food the previous day. Aarambhi explains that Raj had asked her to prepare simple food, assuming it was for him. Manmeet realizes Raj did it for her. Aarambhi asks about her wound and insists on checking it, but Manmeet refuses. Aarambhi suspects she is still upset. Raj arrives and says he came to dress Manmeet’s wound. Aarambhi questions them, but Raj manages to cover up. Aarambhi playfully teases them.
Later, Dua shows Vikrant’s gift to Neetu and mentions that Mannat and Vikrant keep arguing. Neetu says lovers often fight like that. Dua shows her a slam book she got from Vikrant, which makes Neetu emotional. Neetu says it would be nice if they could stay here. Dua agrees.
Rony gives samosas to Dua and says they need to return to Indore as this place has not given them anything. He adds that we meet many people in life, but she still has her family and should not miss Vikrant too much.
Dimple tells the family that everyone is ready except Aarambhi, as usual. Vishwas says they should leave. Aarambhi arrives, but Vishwas says she does not need to accompany them. Dimple asks Avantika to go with Vishwas, and they tell Aarambhi to come alone later.
Dimple asks about Harry, and Suneel says he is at the hospital due to Aishwarya’s surgery in case of any emergency. Everyone leaves. Aarambhi decides to go to the government hospital first and then help Mannat.
Dimple and Nandita secretly follow Aarambhi, suspecting that she is hiding something. They decide to catch her red-handed.
Yashika asks Mannat to place the wedding chunri on her head. Mannat recalls her own wedding memories with her mother Sudha. She places the chunri on Yashika. Yashika says Vikrant is excited to see her and had asked for a photo, but she refused as it is inauspicious before the wedding. She expresses her excitement about the marriage.
Mannat adjusts her dupatta. Yashika questions Mannat about her marriage with Dhairya and hints that it may not have been grand. Mannat replies that grand celebrations do not guarantee happiness and suggests that Yashika seems unhappy to be thinking about her on her own wedding day.
Yashika gives Mannat a brooch with “Y” and “V” initials and asks her to give it to Vikrant. Mannat initially refuses, but Yashika questions whether she still has feelings for Vikrant. Mannat denies it and finally agrees to give the brooch.
Aarambhi reaches the government hospital, while Dimple and Nandita follow her, wondering what she is doing there.
Vikrant imagines Mannat questioning him about moving on by marrying Yashika. He replies in his imagination that he is doing it because she moved on with Dhairya. He then realizes she is not actually there and admits to himself that he is unable to move on.
Mannat arrives at his room to give him the brooch. Vikrant asks why she is there. Mannat says his future wife sent it. Vikrant corrects her, saying “would-be wife.” Mannat remarks that there is no difference since he is about to get married and advises him not to repeat the mistakes he made in their marriage.
Vikrant asks if his marriage is affecting her. Mannat responds sarcastically, mentioning that this is his third marriage and tells him to go ahead and wear the brooch. He asks her to help him wear it. As she does, they share an emotional moment. Mannat accidentally gets hurt, and Vikrant notices she is bleeding and tries to help, but she leaves.
At the hospital, the receptionist asks Aarambhi to meet the medical officer regarding her work. As she turns, she sees Dimple and Nandita and is shocked.
