The episode starts with Meet feeding Cheeku and telling him his family must be worried about him so he needs to go back to them. Cheeku gets nervous and Meet tells she has packed his clothes and also brought new toys for him. Kanika calls Meet and tells her to come and meet staff from child welfare care. While Meet is leaving her anklet falls so he picks it up and followed her to return it. Kanika asks Rupali to convince Meet and take Cheeku with her. Kanika introduces Meet to Rupali as worker of child welfare organization.
Cheeku comes there and gets shocked to see Kanika. He remembers her killing Mohan and gets panic attack. Kanika makes excuses and leaves from there. Manmeet tells Sarkar that that Cheeku is leaving. Meet brings Rupali to house and says she will bring Cheeku. Cheeku falls in Meet’s feet and starts crying vigorously. Meet asks if he doesn’t want to leave then she won’t let him go. Meet decides to go with Cheeku. Manmeet asks Sarkar to ask him for anything in return for letting Cheeku stay at home. Manmeet promises to do same. Sarkar agrees to keep Cheeku at home till they find his parents. But he thinks when time comes Manmeet’s promise will cost him heavily.
Meet and Manmeet try to understand why Cheeku is always so scared. Meet tells to keep security around Cheeku. Rupali tells Kanika that their plan would have been successful but Cheeku started crying. Kanika thinks to drive Meet and Manmeet away from Cheeku so that she can take him away from the house. Kanika tells orphanage manager to keep Meet busy in orphanage tomorrow so that they can use opportunity to make Cheeku leave.
Mahendra and Gunwanti badmouth about Meet and Manmeet. Meet makes Sumeet fall asleep. Kanika talks to Meet and tries to convince her to go to orphanage by fooling her about Mohan’s death. She makes Meet fall for her words and says she should go to orphanage on pretext of distributing medicines and inquire about truth. Kanika thinks she has separated Meet from Cheeku but now she has to think of something to send Manmeet away too. Meet tells Manmeet that she is going to orphanage and he should stay near Cheeku and Sumeet. Yashoda keeps medicines on the table. Kanika calls manager and asks him to remove all hints about Cheeku and Mohan from orphanage.
Kanika mixes something in Sumeet’s medicines. At orphanage Meet supplies vitamins to all the kids and manager tells her that he has called media to cover her good work. One of the girls get Cheeku’s photo sticked on her back from dustbin trash. Meet sees it faintly and tries to follow her but fails to see the picture. She thinks to show Cheeku’s picture to girl and inquire. But girl suddenly starts coughing and falls unconscious. Yashoda tells Manmeet that Sumeet is vomiting. The episode ends with Meet getting tensed seeing all the kids fall unconscious.
