The episode begins with Alka returns to the room and sees Megha’s letter. She reads the letter and understands why Megha told her to change the diaper. She decides to execute Megha’s plan and goes out. Manoj wants to take the baby from Alka, but Alka stops him and lies that the baby vomited and she did not have time to change the baby’s outfit, so the baby is smelling. Manoj, continue the celebration.
On the other hand, drivers stop the tempo. Arjun wonders what happened. Megha tells him maybe Alka got the letter and executed the plan so Manoj wants them back. Arjun hopes Megha is right. Megha gives thanks to God. Arjun’s and Megha’s tempos go in different ways. Arjun and Megha get worried seeing this. A few minutes back, Manoj tells the driver to take Megha to India and attack Arjun after crossing the Nepal border. Manoj says he wants Arjun to beg in Nepal.
In the present, Arjun realizes that the driver is taking him to the Nepal border and Megha’s tempo is going to India’s border. He tries to untie himself. Megha asks the driver to stop the tempo (the Judaai song plays in the background).
Manoj reaches the temple. Priest asks Alka to remove clothe of baby to perform milk bath ritual. He takes the baby from Alka and notices something. He tells Manoj that they can’t perform the ritual today. Manoj asks what happened. The priest says it seems like the baby is not fed well; that’s why there are allergy marks on the baby. He gives the baby to Alka. Alka recalls how Megha mentioned in that letter to make fake marks on the baby’s face and body to prove the baby is not well.
Manoj tells local ladies that his son is hungry. He asks a lady to come forward who delivered a baby recently. He says whoever feeds his son will get free water for a week. Alka hopes none comes forward. Manoj sees a lady with her baby. He orders that lady to feed his son first. That lady says her baby will be hungry if she feeds Manoj’s baby then. Manoj threatens her to feed the baby.
After some time, Alka tells Manoj that the baby is not drinking milk because she thinks the baby is missing Megha. Manoj’s men bring Megha there. Manoj tells Megha that her destiny is really good. He scolds Megha for not taking care of the baby well. He orders Megha to feed the baby and take care of the baby until tomorrow because tomorrow he has to perform the milk bath ritual.
Megha refuses to feed her baby. Manoj asks what kind of mother Megha is. Megha says she won’t feed her baby until Arjun comes there. Manoj tells her Arjun won’t come there no matter what. Megha says, Let’s see who wins and who loses. Manoj says, Let’s see, and leaves from there.
Baby starts crying. Megha also cries but does not touch the baby. Manoj comes there and scolds Megha. Megha tells him she wants her husband. She says she won’t even touch her baby until Arjun comes there. She adds her baby will fight this battle for Arjun. Later, Alka tells Manoj that Megha won’t feed the baby. She says Manoj will lose the baby due to his adamance. Manoj hears a baby crying. Manoj’s men bring Arjun there. Megha hears Arjun’s voice and takes the baby. She feeds her baby.
Manoj realizes the baby pooped, so he decides to change the diaper of the baby. Meanwhile, Alka tells Megha and Arjun that Manoj may do something. Arjun says they should be alert. He tells them it will be easy to defeat Manoj if they know about Manoj’s plan then. He reminds them Manoj should not know the baby’s gender.
Manoj calls Alka and asks her whether she knew about the baby. Alka asks him what happened. Manoj says the baby’s poop is smelly. He scolds Alka for not taking care of the baby. He orders Alka to clean it and leaves from there. After some time, Alka tells Manoj that she cleaned everything. Manoj asks her what she is hiding from him. Alka lies; she is not hiding anything. Manoj demands truth from her. Alka tells him she knew Baby’s truth and she helped Megha.
