The episode starts with Manoj blaming himself for Mauli’s current state. Mauli requests him not to blame himself, but Manoj says that because of his wrongdoings, Mauli is suffering, so he decides to go back to his house to get their forgiveness. Meanwhile, Janki lashes out at Akshay and Jyoti for sending an invitation to Manoj. She tells them that they don’t have any relationship with Manoj Agrewal.
There, Manoj gets determined to meet his family to get their forgiveness. In Ujjain, Janki says to everyone that Manoj will never get her forgiveness. Instead, Manoj has to go through humiliation. Everyone gets shocked. Meanwhile, Manoj’s wife arrives there. She reminds him about his previous attempt to get forgiveness from his family, which went vain. Manoj says that he have hope on Mauli that she will help him get their forgiveness. Mauli recalls Manoj’s description of his family members. She then assures Manoj that they can go to their “Mehndi Wala Ghar.” Manoj gets happy and hopeful.
Here, Akash tries to defend his actions, but Janki tells Akash and Jyoti how wrong they both are by sending an invitation to Manoj. She also decides to punish them for sure. Meanwhile, Mauli informs her superior that she can’t able to be part of the Mumbai hospital doctors group. The latter gets shocked. He reminds her about the consequences, but Mauli remains firm in her decision, saying that she is willing to face the consequences and then she leaves the place. Neha scolds Mauli for risking her career for Manoj’s dream, but Mauli determines to fulfil Manoj’s dream at any cost, and then she leaves the place.
In Ujjain, the Agrewal’s house has a unique ritual which has been followed for years in the Mehndi Wala Ghar when a wedding takes place. The ritual is the bride family has to make henna paste and apply it on the groom’s hand, which has to be done by the bride’s father. Jyoti grinds the henna paste. Janki scolds both Akshay and Jyoti. Her husband pleads her not to punish them, but Jyoti remains firm in her decision.
There, Mauli informs Manoj that they’re going to Ujjain as his health condition is improving. She also tries to feed him sweet, but Manoj refuses, saying he will have sweet after he gets forgiveness from his Janki maa. Manoj goes to his room to get ready. Mauli gets shocked seeing Manas and his mother at the doorstep. Manas tells Mauli to be practical as a doctor she knows well that Manoj can be cured by the medicines and not by fulfilling his dream. Mauli tries to make him understand the reason behind her supporting Manoj, but Manas insults her. He also demands her to give him a divorce, shocking Mauli.
Here, Janki gives Akshay’s responsibility to Nanhe, which shocks and upsets everyone except Janki and Nanhe. Meanwhile, Mauli signs the divorce paper. She also informs Manas and his mother that she will hide this from Manoj, too. Manas’s mother demands Mauli to leave the house if she fails to fulfil Manoj’s dream, which Mauli agrees. Later, Manoj reaches Ujjain with his wife and Mauli. Janki maa, who is going towards a temple with her family, senses something. Mauli smiles at Manoj.
Precap: Manoj meets his father, which his uncle sees from far and gets shocked. Mauli meets Janki maa. The latter gets upset with Mauli.
