Nitin feels deeply embarrassed by his son’s deceitful actions. Rishank has been evading his responsibilities and refuses to accept Bhavya as his partner, despite pretending to be in love with her—an act that causes further humiliation to Bhavya’s family. Nitin’s final wish is to see Rishank and Bhavya united in marriage. Witnessing Nitin’s deteriorating health, Vinay realizes how important this union truly is.
The doctor agrees to examine Riya’s pregnancy report and also calls Bhavya into the consultation room. Eventually, it is revealed that Riya is not pregnant—her report was falsified. She intended to create mistrust between Bhavya and Rishank. However, despite the deception, Bhavya isn’t angered. Instead, she sympathizes with Riya, understanding the depth of her feelings for Rishank and the extremes she went to for love.
Rishank attempts to clarify to Bhavya that he never intended to flee from their wedding; rather, he left to help his ailing father. Nitin had desperately wanted them to marry. Torn and overwhelmed, Bhavya finds herself caught in a dilemma. She’s aware of Nitin’s desire to see them married, but uncertainty clouds her judgment. Meanwhile, Nitin is taken into surgery for a critical heart operation, heightening Bhavya’s emotional turmoil.
To keep up appearances, Bua Ma pretends to support Rishank, though inwardly she’s tense. She believes the deal papers might be her last hope to prevent the wedding.
Ultimately, out of respect for Nitin’s wish, both Rishank and Bhavya agree to the marriage. As the priest begins the rituals, the two are finally wed. Afterward, Rishank brings Bhavya to his home, where his sister enthusiastically prepares a grand welcome for the newly married couple. Bua Ma permits Shakshi to start the humiliating process of Bhavya as soon as she enters into the house.
