At the beginning of the episode, Tara asks Prince to have food. But Prince is busy playing the game. Sushma asks Tara to calm down. And asks Prince to have food. Simi further calls Armaan and tells him that she is unable to find Soumya. Armaan says that he knew that she can’t do it, so he himself has found out where she lives. He gives her Soumya’s address.
The next day Simi reaches Soumya’s house. Saumya’s mother meets her and Simi tells her that Saumya has been selected in a talent hunt and now she wants to take her with them to Mumbai. Soumya’s mother is shocked to hear this. She asks her what will happen after going to Mumbai. Simi tells her that if Soumya gets selected then her life will change and if she is not selected then she can come back from Mumbai.
Soumya’s mother says that she will not send her daughter to Mumbai so she should leave. Simi is shocked to hear this. She tries to explain her point to her but Saumya’s mother leaves without listening to her. Shilpi asks her mother who is she. She lies and leaves from there. Simi further calls Armaan and tells him that Saumya is not going to come to Mumbai as her mother does not want that. And she is going to get married very soon at the behest of her mother.
Armaan disconnects the phone after hearing this. He tells his father that even in today’s time girls are marrying leaving their dreams at the behest of their mother. He asks if he too can get such an obedient wife. He says yes. Next Sushma comes there and Armaan says that she is looking very beautiful today. Then they go to the function where Armaan announces his new show. He asks his mother to give a speech in English.
On the other hand, Saumya takes a mixer for her mother from a shop. Shilpi tells her that the result of the talent hunt is out. But her name is not on the list. Soumya gets disappointed. Then she finds Simi there and she tells her that she had come to her house this morning. And she can come to Mumbai with them because Armaan liked her work a lot. Simi tells her that Armaan is about to launch a new show. She shows her a video clip in which Sushma tries to speak English but is unable to speak it.
Armaan then tells everyone that he knows that his mother cannot speak English but still she tried to do so because the mother can do anything for her children. Sushma is overjoyed to hear that she says that she is proud of her son. Whereas further Armaan tells his father that he did all this to increase the TRP of his show. Here Simi gives Soumya the form and asks her to fill it out. Later Saumya goes home and a lady comes there who asks her to pay her loan instalment.
