Episode begins with Priya saying I knew that Vidhi will do something wrong. Dev comes and says it’s not Vidhi’s fault, so we shouldn’t blame her, we all saw what happened there, she said what the lawyer asked, Priya you are saying her to say no but that would have been a lie. Priya checks her phone. Priya switches on the TV and shows the news where Amba is doing a press conference announcing that we can’t keep criminals in our company so we are removing Dev and Abhimanyu Raichand from board and also as employees as Mehta group of companies will be criminal free company. Everyone gets shocked. While Amba and Yogesh smirk. In the room, Vidhi feels guilty and cries. Dev comes there and Vidhi says I disappointed everyone, today because of me everything got more complicated.
Dev says don’t say that I know you well, we all saw how the lawyer played mind games, I know you would have done the same if Hariprasad would have been in place of Abhimanyu, I don’t want you lie for me or my family ever, honesty is your quality, we will go to higher court. Vidhi says Amba called you criminal infront of everyone, it’s all due to my honesty, so we should challenge this with honesty only, I will clear all your names and prove Abhimanyu is innocent.
Dev and Vidhi start making a board with images and events to see things clearly. Vidhi days Dr. Tiwari is the doctor who treated Rakesh so he is our prime suspect as he can tell us in what condition Rakesh came as I saw Rakesh didn’t get hurt at all, only the doctor can give us answers to all our questions. Dev says right, let’s go to the hospital.
Vidhi says no, media has eyes on you so we should stay conscious and only I should go. Here, Damyanti is trying to feed in Satyavati’s mind about how Dev and Vidhi are taking everything away from Abhimanyu and Chitra, you will see how soon Dev will take away all the things in his name and she is not even seeing how Vidhi is not innocent like she pretends to be, from today’s incident it’s clear. Vidhi dresses up as nurse and Dev drops him. Vidhi is on the door when she hears the receptionist tell the patient that Dr. tehran is in his private clinic right now and will come to office later. Vidhi enters the hospital. Receptionist sees her and asks her who is she as she hasn’t seen her here? And she doesn’t even have an ID card. Vidhi says I am nurse Preeti from Dr. Tehran’s private clinic, he sent me here for files. Receptionist says but I didn’t get any information. Vidhi remembers how Dev asked her to call. Vidhi changes Dev’s name and number on her phone and calls him. Vidhi says that the receptionist needs your permission to let me take the files you asked me to.
Dev pretends as Dr. Tehran and talks angrily with receptionist so she doesn’t ask much. Receptionist guides Vidhi to the cabin and gives the file too. Vidhi starts getting restless as she wants to go to Dr. Tiwari’s cabin but she is unable to as the receptionist is with her. Dev sees Rakesh’s wife going inside so he tries to call Vidhi but due to the network issue, call doesn’t get connected. Vidhi sees the receptionist busy so she cleverly escapes to go to Tiwari’s cabin. She goes and finds the file too. Dev calls her to notify her about Rakesh’s wife. Vidhi says I got the file, I am just coming. She ends the call. Rakesh’s wife comes there and asks for the doctor. Vidhi puts a mask on and says he is not here but you can wait until he comes.
Vidhi starts to leave with the file and in hurry she gets collided with Dr. Tiwari in the hallway. Rakesh’s file falls down so Vidhi grabs the papers faster so that Dr. Tiwari doesn’t see it. Rakesh’s wife comes to him and asks for Rakesh’s file so they both go inside the cabin and Vidhi escapes with the file unnoticed. She is about to exit when she hears Dr. Tehran scolds the receptionist that he has not sent any nurse here. Vidhi worries.

Precap – Abhimanyu is pronounced innocent and Amba gets shocked seeing her plan get reversed. Dev tells the media that soon the real culprit will be out in public.
