The episode starts with Bullock cart person drops Bhairavi and her friends at Nagvaram staring point saying he can’t enter this place at night because of restrictions. Bhairavi gives him money for his daughter treatment. Driver leaves after blessing her. Tantrik asks his Kalakeya men to find out the secret of the temple.
Ichchhadhari Nags performs Pooja in temple. Malli father asks where she went whole day. Malli manages saying she went to bring punnaga flowers. Malli mothers says we felt tensed. Malli says nothing will happen to her. Malli father says Humans are cruel than us that’s why we felt tensed. Her Bava assures he will protect Malli from every danger.
Bhairavi friends stop saying we came here in wrong time. Bhairavi says nothing will happen and goes Gandipochamma and says to their friends that she is their village goddess. Ichchhadhari Nags performs Tandav and Pooja for Lord shiva.
Tantrick asks his men to go inside the temple. Malli sees Kalikeyas in her vision and thinks they are coming to know the secrets of temple and goes to punish them. Malli in normal attire stops the men saying it’s prohibited to roam outside in the night time of Pournami so leave from here but Kalakeyas won’t answer her.
Malli warns them to leave. Tantrik asks his Men Kalakeyas to kill who tries to stop them, Kalakeyas throws Malli and goes toward temple. Malli stops them but Tantrik provides more power to his Men, they throws Malli away. Nagraj senses something wrong and goes to protect his Malli and beats Kalakeyas badly and bites them. Tantrik thinks about who’s stopping his men and provides more power to them.
Men surrounds Nagraj and one man tries to kill him but Malli stops him and he throws Malli away. Malli fell down near Bhairavi and get friends. Bhairavi sees Malli Is alive and thinks to take her to hospital. Her friends asks her to come with them leaving Malli but Bhairavi denies. Than they takes Malli with with them to Nagavaram.
Nagraj kill those men. Bhairavi and her friends takes Malli to home and Knocks the door. Annapurna gets tensed thinking who’s knocking the door at this time on Pournami time and notices Bhairavi through key hole and gets shocked thinking why Bhairavi came to home at this time.
