Episode begins with the fan falling on the cake. Bhairavi looks at the ceiling to see Nagamma. They see a rat eating the cake and it dies the next moment shocking everyone. Nagamma gets down and everyone run away except for Bhairavi. Arjun shields himself behind Bhairavi. Bhairavi asks Nagamma as to why she wants to kill everyone who worship her just so that she can kill Arjun. Bhairavi calls her a demon who wants to kill all of them who worships her just so that she can win. Bhairavi says that she prayed to get even after her trying to kill her husband but today she tried to kill her for her revenge.
Nagamma asks her to shut up and tells her that she was here to save her but Bhairavi doesn’t believe her and accuses her. Arjun says that to kill him, she tried to kill everyone hence she should kill him now. Annapurna and Shakuntala asks her to kill them instead. Bhairavi says that a snake who don’t care about her worshippers don’t mind killing them. Nagamma shouts at her to shut up and tells them that she will show who did that. A yantra forms on the space but it disappears. Bhairavi says why they didn’t see anyone to which she says that something is stopping her. Bhairavi says that she is lying and she is not a Goddess. Nagamma saying that she will soon understand and come to know the truth leaves from there.
Veerabhadram tells Vishwambhari what happened and tells her that if it wouldn’t have disappeared then he would have been thrown out. She tells him that she was the one to help him as she had a doubt that something like this will happen and the Goddess will save them that’s why she has done it. She asks him to think of a right moment and kill them. Veerabhadram agrees.
Shakuntala and Annapurna are lost in thoughts thinking about the happenings in the birthday. They both are worried about it.
Arjun is lost in thoughts thinking about the happenings in birthday when Bhairavi comes to him and tells him that she thinks it’s not Nagamma. Arjun agrees and tells her that iy was easy for her to kill them if he has a protection from Goddess but she never harmed. She wouldn’t do something like this going against her values. Bhairavi says people lose their minds in revenge and same would have happened to Nagamma.
Aditya calls Bhairavi and Arjun. He asking them to sit tells them that after going through the secrets of the Temple, he came to know about a way to save Arjun from Nagamma. He asks them to worship Manasa Devi but it’s dangerous to reach there as she is very strong. He says none who went there returned. Bhairavi decides to go there to save her husband.
