The episode starts with Neerja trying to contact the lawyer and wondering where he has gone. Shifali asks Neerja where the lawyer is. Neerja says that she’s not able to contact him and grows anxious. Just then, the lawyer arrives and refuses to take Chakri’s case on the pretext of not wanting to lose the case and spoil his reputation, shocking Neerja. Kaushik is taken to court. Didun meets the lawyer and pays him for not taking Chakri’s cake. She says to Shobha that Neerja is her number one enem, so she wants the Bagchis to win so that Neerja gets defeated.
Didun and Shobha sat in court to watch the case hearing. The judge announces that he will cancel the case hearing if Chakri’s lawyer doesn’t appear. Just then, Neerja arrives, wearing the lawyer’s coat and says that she’s here, shocking the Bagchis and Didun. Neerja says to the judge that she will fight this case to get justice for her friend, Chakri. She submits the letter for the same to the judge. Abhir takes Neerja to the corner. Neerja says to Abhir that they’re in court, so he can’t behave towards her like that. Abhir says that he doesn’t care. Abhir gets back to his seat when the judge warns Abhir to get arrested.
Kaushik’s lawyer opposes that Neerja fight this case. But Neerja claims that she is eligible to fight this case, and she has submitted the necessary documents for that. The judge accepts that Neerja fight this case. Bijoy asks the lawyer what to do now. The lawyer is confident of winning the case against an inexperienced Neerja. Neerja accuses Kaushik of trying to rape Neerja and attacked her when he failed to rape her and scared that Chakri would expose him. The lawyer asks what proof Neerja has against Kaushik. The lawyer asks Neerja to submit the evidence.
Neerja submits the postmortem report of Chakri and says that it can prove Kaushik guilty. The lawyer says that the postmortem report can’t prove Kaushik did the crime. Neerja says that Chakri told her the truth before dying. The lawyer says that it can’t be evidence.
Neerja calls Bijoy to question him. Neerja asks Bijoy where Kaushik was during the puja. Neerja says that he doesn’t know he could be anywhere. Neerja says that it means he can also be in Chakri’s room. She asks Bijoy to leave. She asks the judge to note the point that Kaushik wasn’t seen during the puja. Neerja then calls Moushmi to question her. She asks Moushmi if their prasaad was spiked. Moushmi says yes. She asks about the song to which every family member danced and asks Kaushik danced to which song. Moushmi says that Kaushik wasn’t there. Neerja asks Moushmi to leave.
Neerja then calls Munmun and asks her about recognizing the button found on the terrace as Kaushik’s. Neerja then calls Abhir to question. Neerja asks Abhir where Kaushik was during puja since the others’ statements prove that he wasn’t there. Abhir says that Kaushik was dancing with him. Neerja denies and says that he came downstairs after Chakri’s body fell down. She shows a CCTV footage which proves the same.
Neerja says that Kaushik was trying to rape Chakri, so he wasn’t with them. She adds that Kaushik spiked the food to do it which Abhir denies. However, Neerja claims that Kaushik is the culprit.
The episode ends.
Precap: Neerja finds a cigarette case on the terrace and understands that someone helped Kaushik to clear the evidence. Kaushik seeks Didun’s help to stop Neerja. Didun attack Neerja.
