The episode starts with Laltu witnessing against Kaushik. Moushmi shouts that Laltu is lying and Neerja made him tell this fake story. She comforts Munmun, who is crying. The judge asks Moushmi to be quiet. He asks Kaushik’s lawyer if he wants to cross question the witness. The lawyer asks Laltu about how often he visits his wife in the village. He accuses Laltu of taking Chakri to the terrace and trying to rape her. Neerja objects to it.
Neerja asks Laltu if he saw Kaushik attempting to rape Chakri on the terrace. Laltu says yes. Neerja says that Kaushik attack Chakri multiple times when he couldn’t rape her and pushed her down. She asks Laltu if it’s true. Laltu says yes. Kaushik asks Laltu to stop lying again and again and spills, hitting Chakri one time, and she falls down by herself, and he doesn’t push her down. Neerja says that she doesn’t have anything to say after Kaushik confessed his crimes.
Neerja says to Kaushik and his lawyer that she won the case despite being a girl from Sonagachi. Neerja answers back to Kaushik and the lawyer demeans her for coming from Sonagachi. She says the meaning of her name and says that the girls from Sonagachi have respect too. And a girl’s no is no even if she is a call-girl. She talks on behalf of the girls of Sonagachi and says that they’re also human and hense should be treated with respect. She gives her example and says that every girl from Sonagachi should become another Neerja. Neerja bursts out in tears. Everyone in the court gets up after hearing Neerja’s speech and claps for her.
The judge asked everyone to sit down. The judge declares Kaushik guilty and imprisons him for 14 years. Kaushik begs his parents to save him. He offers the lawyer to pay him more and asks him to save him. The lawyer taunts him. He says that he is with the truth and not Kaushik who lied to him. He thanks Neerja for proving the truth. He praises Neerja and wishes her to become the best lawyer in the country. Everyone applauds Neerja.
Neerja imagines Chakri’s soul thanking Neerja for getting her justice. Neerja comes to reality and realizes that Shifali hugged her. Shifali congrats Neerja and says that her mom should be proud of her. Neerja imagines Chakri’s soul and waves her bye. Kaushik stops Bijoy and Moushmi and tries to talk to them. Moushmi slaps Kaushik. Bijoy says that they are ashamed of him. Moushmi regrets ignoring Kaushik’s every mistake and feels ashamed of her upbringing. Bijoy asks her not to and compares Abhir and Kaushik, who got the same upbringing but Kaushik is a devil while Abhir is an angel. Munmun rebukes Kaushik and says that she won’t let their son like Kaushik. The Bagchis walk away ignoring Neerja whi tries to talk to them. Neerja looks at Abhir.
Abhir and Neerja move towards each other. Abhir looks down feeling guilty. Neerja says that he can’t him like that and asks him to look uo feeling proud that she won the case and got justice for her friend. Abhir apologizes to Neerja. Neerja asks him to hug her. They share a hug. Abhir asks Neerja if she really forgives him. Neerja says that they can be separated. Abhir clicks Neerja’s smiling pictures. Neerja looks up to the sky and says that she fulfilled Protima’s dream and became a lawyer.
