The episode starts with the goons being about to pour hot oil on Neerja’s face. Abhir arrives on time and kicks the hot oil vessel away. He fights the goons. Moushmi asks Abhir to beat those goons for comparing their house to Songachi. The goon says that he wasn’t, since a prostitute stays at this house. Abhir gets angry and beats the goons.
A goon holds Abhir tightly while other goons punch his stomach. Neerja attacks those goons to save Abhir. The goons hit Neerja’s head on the wall and the latter faints. A goon is about to stab Abhir. Trisha phones Didun to stop this. But Didun says that they have to make some sacrifices for their plan. Bijoy arrives there and throws a vase at the goon. Thus, he saves Abhir. The goons hit Bijoy. Abhir gets furious. Abhir and Neerja hit the goons.
Later, the police arrive and catch the goons. The goons say that they paid Didun for service, and she said that this house is a Songachi. The inspector blames Neerja for what happened before taking the goons in their jeep. Munmun cries, hugging Moushmi. Neerja is about to go to her. Munmun shouts at Neerja, asking her to stay away from her. She blames Neerja. Abhir places his head on Moushmi’s lap. He apologizes to Moushmi.
Moushmi says that she’s not surprised about what happened as she expected it. Moushmi gets holy water from the house temple. She pours it over her head. She says that she is feeling disgusted with herself. She feels like she is stained like Neerja. Abhir again apologizes to Moushmi. Abhir asks Abhir to realize the family and Munmun’s condition. She says that the family ladies were harassed by unknown men.
Moushmi says that what happened was a preplanned act since Neerja, who is a sin, is staying at their house. Munmum cries, expressing her disgust about being harassed. She says that she would have killed herself if anything wrong happened to her. Neerja says sister. Munmum asks Neerja to stop calling her sister. Trisha sheds her crocodile tears. Moushmi asks Abhir what they would say to her parents if anything happened to her.
Moushmi goes to Neerja. She admits that Abhir and Neerja love each other unconditionally, but their family pays a high price because of it. Moushmi says that Neerja can never change her Sonagachi identity, even if she becomes a lawyer. Abhir tries to defend Neerja. But the latter requests Abhir not to intervene. Moushmi folds his hands in front of Neerja and begs her to distance Abhir from her.
Abhir hugs Moushmi and consoles her. He says that they will have CCTV cameras throughout the whole house. The colony people arrive there and demand the Bagchi family to either send Neerja out of the house or vacate the house. They give a notice for the same. They also refuse to attend any puja at that house till Neerja stays there. Abhir asks them to get out. Moushmi blames Neerja again.
The servant asks the family to come to have food. But the family walks away despite Abhir trying to stop them. Neerja sits down, shattered. Abhir comforts Neerja. Later in the night, Neerja cries, remembering Moushmi’s words. She hugs, crying Protima’s photo frame. Neerja refuses to let the shadow of her past to touch her family anymore and decides to free Abhir from her destiny.
