The episode starts with Neerja agreeing to cook for the brahmins. Trisha intervenes and says that Neerja can’t do it as she has college. Neerja assures us to do it after her classes. Trisha thinks that she won’t let it happen. Abhir gets ready to take Neerja to college. Neerja remembers someone sneaking into her room last night and asks Abhir if it was him. Abhir jokes by saying that he needs to come to her room in the night as he is always with her. Abhir and Neerja drive off. Kaushik watches them leaving. He looks with lust at Neerja’s visible waist.
Neerja and Abhir on the way. Neerja is sad thinking about her classmates making fun of her origin. Abhir notices that Neerja is sad. He stops the bike and asks her what happened. Neerja asks Abhir why a person’s origin is given more importance. Abhir takes Neerja to college. He sees his classmates making fun of Neerja by writing Sonagachi’s queen Neerja on the board. Abhir scolds the students. He wipes the board and writes Neerja Abhir Bagchi.
At home, Moushmi tells the servant a long list of food to be prepared for the feast and asks him to just help with the dishes’ dressing and let Neerja cook them. Trisha asks Moushmi how Neerja could do everything alone. Moushmi says that Neerja has accepted this responsibility in front of Abhir, so she has to do it. In college, Neerja is in a class. The teacher is bribed by Trisha. She deliberately gives a surprise test which shocks Neerja. She gives a tough paper to Neerja and warns that those who fail this test will be considered to fail. Neerja wonders how to finish the test in time and returns home to prepare the feast.
Kaushik is at the office, thinking about Neerja. Just then, Munmun phones Kaushik. She says that it’s enough of thinking about Neerja and they should talk, which shocks Kaushik. He asks what happened. He feels relieved when Munmun complains about Moushmi asking Neerja to make a feast. Kaushik says that it’s good that it has to happen since Neerja is at home, and it’s good. Munmun asks what. Kaushik twists his words and convinces Munmun.
An employee asks Kaushik for a project file asked by Abhir. Kaushik gives it to him. Kaushik thinks of getting the business and everything else back from Abhir. Neerja is writing the exam. The teacher deliberately breaks Neerja’s pen. Neerja manages to borrow a pen from a classmate. Neerja receives Abhir’s message. Abhir asks Neerja to pass the test given by Moushmi.
Trisha says to Moushmi that they should start preparing for the feast. But Moushmi says that Neerja has to do it, else she should apologize to her and accept that she doesn’t deserve to become her daughter-in-law. Abhir messages Neerja that the driver is coming to pick her up. Neerja is shocked and continues to write her exam fast. She finishes it, which surprises the teacher. Neerja leaves for the house.
Moushmi is about to call a hotel to order the food. Just then, Neerja returns home, shocking Trisha. Moushmi asks Neerja if she can fulfill the task in the less time she has. Neerja assures to do it. Moushmi agrees. However, she asks Munmun to order the food since she doesn’t trust Neerja. Moushmi, Trisha and Munmun watch Neerja preparing the food fast. Trisha thinks that she won’t let Neerja win.
