The episode starts with Poorni telling to Pushba to get Anu married as soon as possible and leaves. Pushba notices Anu smiling and blushing standing in a corner and recalls Poorni’s words. The next morning Pushba and Poorni notice Anu being busy in her phone. Pushba scolds Anu. Subu also asks Anu why she’s always busy in her phone. Anu receives a call and walks out ignoring their questions. Subu says that Anu must have got her friend’s call. Poorni takes Subu to the hospital.
Anu is talking with Surya over phone call on the terrace. Pushba gets suspicious and goes to check. Surya tells Anu to come to the office as soon as possible. Anu says that she’s also missing him and will reach office soon. Pushba comes there. She snatches the phone from Anu’s hand asks who is otherside on the call. Surya hears Pushba’s voice and hangs up the call. Pushba questions Anu. The latter lies that she was talking to a colleague. Pushba leaves from there, but she doubts that Anu is hiding something from her. Meanwhile Anu wonders whether Pushba overheard her conversation with Surya. The latter calls Anu again, but Anu doesn’t receive his call. Surya worries whether Pushba learned the truth.
Surya is traveling in the car. Sharda phones Surya and requests him to come home if he’s free as she wants to talk to him. Surya agrees to come. Surya keeps calling Anu and wonders why she’s not answering his calls. He gets worried for Anu.
At Surya’s house, Chandra teases Gopi calling him one day lover. He tells that he knows about Ramya’s love prank on him. Chandra then asks Gopi about Surya to which Gopi replies that he went to the office earlier today. Chandra leaves. Gopi says that Chandra fails to discover Surya’s love. Pushba is praying to Goddess. She is worried that Anu may have taken any wrong path. She says that the other day she told Poorni that she will accept Anu’s love, if she loves someone, but now she is scared. She prays Goddess to protect Anu.
Anu comes to the office. Chandra finds Anu upset and questions about the same. Anu says that she’s fine. Anu tells Chandra that she needs the files related to Devanandhini sarees for her reference. Chandra suggests going to their house to take the files. Anu wants to inform Surya before leaving, but Chandra tells that he will inform him. Meanwhile Pushba recalls Anu speaking to someone over the phone call on the terrace. Pushba notices that Anu left her phone at home. She checks the phone. She goes through the messages shared between Anu and someone (Surya). She starts crying.
Poorni and Subu come back home and notices that Pushba is very quiet and ask about the same, but Pushba doesn’t react. Poorni and Subu keep talking while Pushba walks away crying. Otherside Sharda recalls Swamiadi telling her that she should put efforts to bring her daughter-in-law home. Surya comes there. He texts Anu that he has come to talk to his mom and will call her later. Pushba reads that message and gets worried.
