Neema and Suresh celebrate Sunita’s birthday. Sunita cuts the cake. She feeds Neema a piece of cake and says that today was not such a good day but she is happy that her family has done so much for her. While Tulika accidentally hurts her head. she goes to the hospital. Manya also comes to the hospital to get her reports when the doctor tells her that she is about to become a mother. Hearing this, she gets terrified and Tulika also overhears them.
She thinks that it is good that she came to the hospital and got such a big news. On the other hand, Babita tells Paras to go to meet Manya and she will take care of Suman.
