The episode starts with Suman wondering what Kamini is doing with Anita. Kamini says to Anita that she fulfilled her dream, but someone else’s dream will get shattered. Suman moves towards them, but an attend stops her saying it’s restricted to go there and takes her from there. Kamini says that Gautam’s child will come in Anita and she will burn the hospital so that it look an it happened by accident. Anita gets scared. Kamini asks her to sit and says they’re not going to kill anyone, but they are going to create smoke. Kamini asks Anita to say if anyone asks that she has come to the hospital to get treat, but due to fire accident Dhara’s file was left here and she became Gautam’s child’s mother. She will become Pandya family’s permanent member.
The attend leaves Suman in opt saying that doctor will call her. Suman says that Kamini and Anita were meeting like friends. She tested Anita many times and she passed the tests. She wonders whether Anita changed again. Kamini says in a while there will be smoke and before smoke reach this wing, their work will be done. The attendant phones Kamini and informs that a lady was trying to overhear their conversation, but he brought here to opt.
Kamini sees Suman and wonders what she’s doing here. The attend signs here. Kamini thinks that Pandya brothers will reach hospital soon as Suman is here, but it’s good her work will become easy. Anita asks who is that lady. Kamini says that Gautam’s mother. Anita gets scared and tries to run. Kamini holds her and says that they have to change their plan,
Suman might have seen Anita, but not her. She asks Anita not to get scared and rush their plan. Their next step of their plan is Raavi and asks Anita to call Raavi. Suman needs to see Raavi with Anita so that they need not any proof for their story. Kamini leaves asking Anita to phone Raavi. Anita sees Suman through the glass window and says that thankfully she convinced Raavi to come to the hospital, Raavi will get ruined saving her.
Dhara asks Raavi if everything will be fine. Raavi is about to hold Dhara’s hand, she gets a call and leaves. Gautam reassures her that everything will be fine and offers her juice to drink, but a nurse stops him saying that Dhara needs to stay empty stomach for this treatment. Dhara says that Raavi is still angry and just came to the hospital for her sake. Gautam asks her to not overthink. Raavi comes apart and attends the call.
Anita says that she has come to the city hospital as she is having stomachache. Raavi says that she’s also in the city hospital. Anita says that she’s B wing room number 2 and asks her to come fast. Raavi says that she’s in A wing and agrees to come. A nurse stops the nurse who is going to Dhara’s room with the content for IVF treatment and says that doctor asker to go to the ICU. The nurse leaves. The another nurse informs about it to Kamini and says that she’s coming to B wing.
Suman is worried that her sons aren’t receiving her call and shouts in pain. She notices Raavi coming talking over phone and calls out Raavi. The latter doesn’t see or hear Suman and takes a turnturn and leaves. Suman asks if Raavi knows that Anita is here and gets worried if they’re cooking up something together. Other hand nurse gives pain killer to Krish asking to give it to his mother. Krish thinking of bringing Suman her as she must be alone there. Raavi comes to Anita and asks what she’s doing outside the operation an asks if it’s very serious. Anita says that it’s very painful. She asks about Dhara. Raavi says that she’s also in the waiting wing like her. Raavi asks Anita what happened.
Anita thinks that Gautam’s child will get implanted in her and then Gautam will become hers forever and she will use Raavi for that. Anita lies to Raavi that there’s a knot in her uterus and doctor said that she needs to get operated immediately. She hugs Raavi. Suman phones Shiva and the latter receives the call. Suman says that she has come to the hospital for stomachache with Krish and he has gone leaving her alone. Suman further says that she spot Anita and Kamini in the hospital and says something is wrong.
Shiva says that he’s coming soon and asks her to not worry. Shiva recalls confronting Raavi about meeting Kamini in the market and doubts if she is involved with them. He says that it can’t be true and leaves. Kamini asks her man to burn A wing. Kamini says that Dhara will run to escape from the fire till that Gautam’s child will get implanted in Anita. Suman sees Anita hugging Raavi hiding. Anita notices this. Anita asks if she has told Dhara that she’s coming to her. Raavi says no. Anita asks Raavi to go to Dhara as it’s a big day for her. Raavi refuses to go. Suman calls out Raavi when someone pulls her back. Raavi says that Suman voice here
