The episode starts with the Pandya kids wondering how to take Prerna who is pain to the hospital. They see a cart and decide to take Prerna in that. Pandya kids takes Prerna to the hospital in the cart. Krish and Dev are already in the hospital. They are shocked to see Prerna’s condition. Krish grows worried about Prerna. The kids are surprised to see Krish worrying for Prerna as he is married to Shweta. The latter also watch this. The doctor arrives and takes Prerna to treat. The Pandya kids explain to Krish what happened.
The remaining family is outside the police station. Raavi asks Shiva to come home to which he refuses. Rishita receives Dev’s call. Dev says to Rishita that Prerna is admitted to the hospital. On the other hand, Arushi’s mom gets ready to leave the city, not wanting to trouble Dhara anymore. She calls out to Arushi. The latter comes dressing up like Dhara. Arushi complaints about her mom torturing her since her childhood to become like Dhara so she will become like her and will torture. She says that as she met Dhara now she wil take her revenge on Dhara for her sufferings. She says that she has decided to stay with the Pandyas which shocks her mom.
The Pandyas are at the hospital. Suman wonders where Dhara has gone while they all are here. There, Arushi’s mom tries to stop Arushi. She asks Arushi not to punish Dhara for her mistake. Arushi says that she should have thought about it before brining her to Somnaath. Someone rings door bell. Here, the doctor says to the Pandyas that Prerna and her child are fine which shocks the Pandyas.
There, Arushi’s mom opens the door and is surprised to see Dhara. Arushi throws a flower vase towards Dhara. Dhara moves to the aside. Arushi’s mom is shocked and shouts Arushi. Here, the Pandyas misunderstand that Prerna is pregnant with Shivang’s child. Krish wonders how to tell his family that he is the child’s father. As the Pandyas scolding Shivang and feeling pity for Prerna, Krish says that he is the father of Prerna’s child which shocks the family.
There, Arushi’s mom slaps Arushi. Arushi shouts at her mom and says that she proved that she loves Dhara more than her by slapping her. Dhara shouts asking to stop their drama. Dhara yells at her mom. She accuses her of eloping for money. She hands her one lakh and asks her to leave the city. Arushi throws the money and boasts about being capable to earn a lot with her education qualifications. Dhara taunts Arushi for being after a married man and blames her mom’s upbringing. Here, Pandyas are shocked to learn that Krish and Prerna got intimate before their marriage. There, Arushi tries to slap Dhara, but the latter holds her hand. Arushi says to Dhara that she accepts the challenge. She vows to marry Shiva.

Precap: Dhara vows to make Arushi and her mom out of the city. Arushi laughs and says to Dhara that she will tell the truth to everyone that Dhara is her step sister.
