The episode starts with Bebe reminds the time they both went with Parineet to the hospital. The FB shows in which Bebe and Neeti is in hospital. Neeti goes to answer a call while Bebe goes to the receptionist to complete some personalities. Just then Bebe hears a conversation of a girl pleading the doctor to abort the child but doctor refuses saying either the girl’s husband or her mother should sign for the abortion papers. Doctor goes inside. Bebe signs Parineet’s hospital paper’s as the latter’s mother. The FB ends. Bebe says Neeti that they can use this opportunity to abort Parineet’s child. Neeti refuses to support Bebe’s idea saying she can’t hurt Sanju who is attached to the unborn child. Bebe tries to instigate her but Neeti realises Bebe is trying to instigate her so leaves the place silently.
Neeti comes to her room. Sanju questions Neeti. Neeti taunts him for focusing on Parineet also forgetting about her. Sanju tells her that whatever he is doing is for their child only. Neeti tells him he us hurting her in that process. Sanju expresses his fear of losing their child again then apologises to her for his behaviour the previous night. Neeti also apologises to Sanju for her possessive behaviour towards him. Sanju also promises not to hurt her anymore also his love is for her only. Neeti tells him to return home so as she has a surprise for him. Sanju flirts with her then leaves for office. Neeti books a table for her and Sanju in their favoruite restaurant to dinner. She then tells even after Parineet tried to snatch Sanju from her the latter loves her only and gets happy.
Rajeev calls Parineet and inquires how she is doing. Parineet informs that she is fine so asks him not to worry. She then feels nauseous so disconnects the call. Rajeev gets worried. Here, Neeti gets confused which dress to wear for the dinner date she planned so calls Sanju to ask his opinion. Sanju informs her about Parineet’s health and suggests they can have dinner outside some other day. He further asks Neeti to prepare Parineet’s favourite food and all three of them together have dinner. Neeti gets furious. She becomes determined to go to dinner with Sanju at any cost.
Sanju returns home. Neeti urges him to get ready for their dinner. Sanju questions whether she check upon Parineet who isn’t well. Neeti tells him she didn’t also says Parminder is here to take care of Parineet so asks him to go for a dinner. Sanju refuses saying they can go out some other time and goes to check Parineet. Neeti loses her calm. She blames Parineet for trying to come between her and Sanju so decides to ruin Parineet’s image. She screams also throws things in her room everywhere.
Rajeev inquires Parineet about her health also serves dinner. Parineet informs him, she is fine also learnt from both Gurpreet also the doctor during pregnancy it’s normal to feel this way so asks him not to worry. She then coughs so Rajeev goes near to pat and provide her water. Neeti arrives. She gets furious seeing Sanju’s care for Parineet. Parineet asks Neeti why she is late. Neeti questions her why she started having dinner without her? Sanju tells her it’s him who insisted Parineet. Neeti asks Sanju to not to come between her and Parineet. Parineet asks Neeti for her weird behaviour. Neeti says when she is here how can everything in her life can be peaceful. Sanju gets upset. Parineet gets confused thinking Sanju and Neeti must have had an argument so asks her to talk to her. Neeti asks Parineet why she did this to her? Both Sanju and Parineet looks on confused.
Precap: Neeti shouts at Sanju for putting their marriage life at stake. She then tells Parineet that she learned her truth also says the latter is failed to protect and save their relationship. Bajwas arrives there. Neeti reminds Sanju about the loss of their child also expresses it was supposed to be Parineet who has to die instead of their child. Sanju raises his hand on Neeti but Parineet comes between them.
