The episode starts with Judge says that the case is weird and before taking a decision they need to analyze about both father and mother. She calls their college teacher for witness. Reyaansh worries about it as he thinks that he’s going to get caught. Pranati recalls the time when the same teacher advised Pranati to not trust Reyaansh as he’s not sincere about the relationship. She is sure that the teacher will give witness in her favor. However the teacher calls Pranati sharp and used Reyaansh for money. Reyaansh wonders how this happened when it’s revealed that Shamsher has bribed the witness with money. Judge gives a break and Pranati cries outside the court.
Reyaansh scolds her and asks her to listen to him. He says that he doesn’t want Jugnu but Daadi wants and will go to any length to get custody. He asks her to understand that they are all money minded and there is no value for relationship in their life which is why his mother left him.
Dadi comes to witness stand and uses filmy dialogues to impress Judge. Daadi praises her Grandson spinning fake stories calling him helping minded guy. She says that he can give his life for his child. Daadi begs her to give her grandson a chance and his right of a father. She leaves the witness stand. Judge starts giving her statement when Pranati plays the video recording of her conversation with Reyaansh a while back. She submits it to Judge and Judge hears it. After hearing she gives her statement that it’s difficult to choose in this case and till the final decision Jugnu will stay in Juvenile Welfare.
Daadi starts beating the lawyer for losing the case. Pranati asks her mother why did she separate her from her daughter which is the reason for all her sufferings now. She says that she did it for her welfare but didn’t expect this situation. Daadi is still scolding lawyer when the political leader calls Daadi. He says about his daughter threatening to commit suicide using poison. He threatens to destroy them if something happens to his daughter and cuts the call.
Pranati is still scolding her mother worrying about her daughter again being away from her and all the tortures she has went through. Judge on the other hand is confused about her decision. She finally comes up with one. Pranati gets call and simultaneously Reyaansh’s lawyer too gets a call.
Next day in court Judge says that after lots of discussion decided something but today she has changed. She recalls her conversation with her driver and says that Jugnu has lost belief in relationships and love. She says that the court wants to give both father and mother a chance. Judge announces that Jugnu’s parenting will be done by both for 6 months as a compensation for the loss of love of parents in her life. Everyone is completely against it but Judge announces that if one of the parent doesn’t want it the other one gets sole custody and the decision is theirs.
Pranati, Reyaansh and everyone gets completely shocked. Pranati asks Judge how could she give such decision. Judge says that she always said that she will do anything for her child and she has given a chance for her and asks her to take a wise decision. Pranati thinks for sometime and agrees to stay with Reyaansh. Judge wishes her the best.
Precap : Political leader’s daughter is ready to accept Reyaansh with Jugnu but Pranati comes there. Daadi acts sweet with her calling her bahu but she reveals that she’s here for only to discuss about custody.
