The episode starts with Omkar leaving hospital saying Har Har Narmade.
Mayura is slowly gaining consciousness, in her subconscious state she keeps speaking about how she wants to destroy Omkar.
Megha asks Sanjay why is he crying and if Mayura died. Sanjay gets angry at her. He taunts her and says she is equally responsible for Mayura’s present health condition. He scolds her and says he had to keep eye on her so he isn’t by Mayura’s side now. He also says how Mayura would have escaped if out of jealous Megha didn’t betray them. He taunts her more.
At hospital Mayura gains consciousness and asks her family what had happened. She is worried about her face being uncovered. But they assure her everything is fine and her face is hidden. Doctor comes and says them to talk to Mayura but they should talk less and let her rest.
Mayura asks them what happened.
Piyush tells her about how Omkar had knocked her and then he came to hospital and did all the drama.
On the other side Omkar is doing some prayers with earthen lamps on both hands. Manjiri comes there and asks what he is doing. He says he is praying for Mayura. She is alive but she needs to gain consciousness so that he can take his revenge.
At hospital, Mayura’s family is worried about her and asking her how long will she keep fighting against Omkar. He can do anything and go to any length to harm her. Ashutosh gives Mayura his oath and tells her to run away from there. She denies and keeps saying she wants to stay with them.
Omkar is shown entering hospital and when he comes to see Mayura, he finds her unconscious. Piyush thinks he had seen him coming.
Omkar threatens doctor and ask her to tell the truth to him. She says she already told me truth that Mayura is alive but unconscious. Omkar asks balli to seal whole hospital.
Mayura’ s family convinces her to run away.
Mayura cries and says she won’t go. They are her only strength and she cannot do anything without them. She tells them she will be more worried if she goes away. She breaks down and says she won’t go away.
Asutosh convinces her again and emotionally convinces her to go. He gives Piyush address of his friend’s house at Bangalore and tells them to go and there as they will be safe.
Omkar thinks Mayura has been unconscious for so long. Surely they are planning something.
Piyush and Mayura are running away in doctor’s disguise. Omkar passes by them. He shouts at someone to stop. It was the lady doctor, he asks her to remove mask. Then he asks her about Mayura. She tells she didn’t check. He asks her to go immediately and see. Meanwhile Mayura and Piyush leave from hospital.
Mayura stops running and starts thinking over about her decision. She recalls everything and decides not to go. A car passes by and Piyush stops it. But Mayura denies to go with him. She tells she cannot be so selfish and cannot leave her family. They have sacrificed a lot for her and she won’t go leave them. Piyush asks her to go with him now and once they reach safe place, they will call her family. But she keeps denying and goes away.
Omkar thinks Mayura will come back to him.

Omkar has kept Ashutosh on gun point and threatening Mayura saying Balli to pull the trigger of gun. Piyush shouts at him.
