The episode starts with Mayura greeting Omkar and introducing herself as Dr Khanna’s assistant. She has painted her mask black and is wearing glasses to look different. She asks Omkar if he feels he has seen her somewhere before. Omkar denies and takes her inside home. She recalls his harsh words from past and how he separated Tara from her. Tara and Manjiri comes to hall. Mayura feels emotional seeing Tara and recalls all her moments with Tara.
Omkar asks Tara to meet Mayura. Tara smiles at her and Manjiri asks if she is the one. Mayura introduces herself as Nayan. Manjiri makes a disgusting face looking at her but Tara keeps smiling seeing her. Tara goes to her and Mayura bends down, Tara touches her face where she has scar. Mayura recalls Ashutosh conversation before coming to Omkar’s house. She told how the scar on her face can be hidden easily but its impact in her life can never be diminished.
Mayura asks Tara what happened. Tara says she is very beautiful. Mayura thinks even if Tara grew up with Omkar she has reflection of Mayura. Omkar says Manjiri how easily Tara has opened up to Mayura. Mayura says Tara that her pari ma has sent her but this should be their little secret. Tara happily hugs and promises to keep it secret.. Manjiri provokes Omkar to call Dr and says this nurse is suspicious. Mayura asks her whats the problem and she will take good care of Tara.
While Tara is climbing up the stairs, the bucket maid was using rolls down towards Tara, Mayura runs and saves her. Mayura falls down with her face on split water, she hides her scar with dupatta. Omkar asks her if she is fine and asks her to get up. Manjiri asks Omkar to throw her out. Omkar denies and says she saved Tara’s life so she will stay here. Tara feels happy and thanks Omkar. Later Manjiri barges in Mayura’s room and checks her luggage. Mayura thinks she has kept Tara’s photo in her purse. She asks Manjiri not to check her personal stuff. Omkar also comes there. Mayura says Manjiri is doubting her for theft. Omkar asks her to let Manjiri see her purse once. Mayura gets worried. A photo falls from it, Omkar picks it up but turns out its just a photo of Goddess Durga. Omkar says sorry to Mayura on behalf of Manjiri.
Ashutosh informs Mayura he had changed the photo from purse and Mayura says everything should go according to their plan and tomorrow Tara will be with them forever. At night Omkar and Manjiri tries to feed fruits to Tara but she wants to eat from her angel mother. Mayura comes in angel outfit and happily plays around with Tara. She gets very happy. Manjiri asks Mayura how did she know about Angel mother. Mayura says Dr Khanna had told her to feed kids like angel then they listen easily. Omkar thanks her and says he has never seen Tara so happy before. Mayura leaves but Manjiri feels suspicious.
Mayura comes to kitchen and asks maid to make smoothe for Tara. She distracts maid and mixes sleeping medicine in milk. She thinks last time she was sleeping when they took Tara and now she will take Tara with her while they are asleep. Manjiri calls guru ma and says she is finding doctor’s assistant suspicious. Manjiri and everyone drinks the milk with sleeping potion mixed in it, Mayura thinks even Omkar must have slept now and asks Goddess to help her.
