The episode starts with Ashutosh saying Mayura to do whatever she has by calling Dr Neel later. Mayura says she just needs few minutes. Omkar feels restless, he gets nightmare that Mayura would be leaving him again.
Someone has locked door of Omkar’s room from outside.
Mayura asks Ashutosh to explain her what’s happening. She says she feels he isn’t taking her because of Megha’s sickness but there is some other reason. Ashutosh says there is no other reason and tells her to stop overthinking.
Omkar bangs his door and asks about who locked him from outside.
While going out, Ashutosh looks at the locked door of Omkar’s room, later wardboy comes and opens it. Omkar rushes to see Mayura and gets shocked seeing she isn’t there in the room. He hopes Mayura won’t leave him again. Ashutosh and Mayura are going together, Mayura asks if Sulekha and dadi are with Megha, can she do a video call to them?
Ashutosh denies her. Mayura asks Ashutosh she feels he is hiding some truth from her and its related to her accident. She requests him to tell her the truth. When Ashutosh doesn’t say anything, she asks car to stop and gets down. Ashutosh begs her to stop being stubborn and come with him.
At hospital Omkar inquires about Mayura from nurses but no one knows about her. Even Dr Neel is at press conference so Omkar cannot talk to him.
Mayura tells Ashutosh why isn’t he letting her live her dreams. She says she knows he wants to take her away from Bhopal. Even before he had tried the same but she came to know about it so she did acting of being sick. She says she wants to become an established doctor and if she keeps running from one city to another her dream will never get fulfilled.
She asks him to explain her the truth and stop making fun of her life. Ashutosh says she won’t understand it. Mayura tells him that it was her childhood dream to serve and help poor patients and now she even found Omkar who is ready to invest for this. Ashutosh gets shocked and tells her nothing is fine.
At hospital someone informs Omkar that Dr Dubey left with her father. Omkar wonders if Ashutosh saw him and took Mayura away and gets worried.
Ashutosh tries to drag Mayura with him to come in the car, in the process Mayura falls on the road infront of a car. Omkar comes out of the car and asks Mayura if she is fine, Mayura asks him to take her back to hospital.
Ashutosh stops them. He shouts at Omkar to leave. Mayura asks whats happening. While Ashutosh is holding one of Mayura’s hand, Omkar holds the other. Mayura gets confused. Omkar asks for a chance and requests Mayura not to leave. In the argument process, Mayura starts feeling uneasy. Ashutosh tells that Mayura is his daughter, Omkar says she isn’t only his daughter but his wife too.
Mayura starts getting flashbacks of her marriage and past life with Omkar. She holds her head and starts feeling dizzy . A running truck is shown coming towards her direction while she faints. Truck passes by. Omkar and Ashutosh run towards unconscious Mayura. Omkar picks Mayura and takes her with him. Ashutosh also enters Omkar’s car.
Omkar brings Mayura to hospital. He keeps saying unconscious that he won’t let anything happen to her. Dr Neel asks how did this happen. Neel tells Ashutosh to let him know the truth so that he can help Mayura. Ashutosh says he can just say that a part of her dark past is hovering over her. Omkar begs Neel to save Mayura. Neel says her blood pressure is very low and goes to treat her.
Ashutosh looks disgustingly at Omkar.

Dr Neel slaps Omkar and says him to stay away from Mayura. He says her family has told him the truth. Omkar says what if he doesn’t.
