The episode starts with Vishakha taunting Omkar and mocking him. They argue with each other but Shankar stops Omkar and tells him its useless to waste time with Vishakha, its necessary to rush to hospital to meet Tara. Vishakha laughs crazily and sees burning flames, she tells she will burn Omkar’s everything.
Then she picks up a stem and burns her own hand. At hospital Mayura is doing Aarti infront of Goddess, Omkar also joins with her. She looks at him angrily. Omkar tells her to listen to him once and that Vishakha is one who is responsible for Tara’s deteriorated health condition. However Mayura doesn’t listen to any of his words.
She tells him she cannot trust him anymore. She tells him after what he has done she won’t even allow him to go near Tara. Mayura asks doctor to explain what has happened to Tara. She tells him to do all possible tells and find out why no medicines are working on Tara. Omkar again tries to explain Mayura about Vishakha but she isn’t ready to listen to him.
Omkar hands over a holy thread to Mayura and tells her to tie it on Tara. Even Sanjay, Megha and Shankar try to warn her against Vishakha but she doesn’t listen to anyone. Vishakha comes there too with her burnt hand and acts like she is in pain.
Vishakha tells Omkar burnt her hand when she was trying to stop him from coming here. Omkar denies and even others tell that they were there too and no such thing happened but Mayura feels disgusted at Omkar’s behaviour and says him that last time he escaped from going to jail by acting blind but this time she won’t spare him.
Mayura takes Vishakha to bandage her hand, she says she was about to doubt her after seeing about Vishal industry but she was wrong. Doctor calls Mayura. She doesn’t let Omkar enter inside the room. Vishakha provokes him and asks if his entry got banned. He says once Tara is conscious and tells truth, she will be exposed. Vishakha laughs at him and tells him she had incorporated certain thoughts in Tara’s mind and once she wakes up she will blame Omkar for everything.
Doctor tells Mayura she is herself a doctor so she can check the reports. Mayura starts crying seeing it. Omkar asks what happened to Tara. Mayura says she had not been fed well, didnt take her medicine, didn’t even sleep and then was given drugs to become unconscious. Omkar gets furious and charges on Vishakha. But she starts blaming him for everything and tells Mayura if she was at her place, she would have beat him a lot. Mayura angrily goes towards Omkar but slaps Vishakha.
Everyone gets shocked. Mayura tells Vishakha to stop acting and her game is over. She tells about Vishal and him committing suicide. She tells Vishakha’s plan was very good and she almost believed Omkar did everything but she missed an important link. Omkar can never hurt Tara. She says about how he doesn’t let Tara go out in sunlight, doesn’t eat a bite unless Tara is full, etc etc.
Mayura tells she will call police to arresr her. Vishakha picks up a scissor and threatens to hurt Tara. Omkar skillfully throws stethoscope at her and makes scissors fall down. Vishakha locks them inside and runs to bungalow. She packs her things while Omkar says Vishakha may come again to harm Tara so he won’t let her escape. He reaches bungalow and episode ends on him seeing Vishakha inside bungalow.
