The episode starts with Omkar asking doctor why cant he see anything. Mayura feels helpless seeing Omkar in this state. Omkar says he wants to see Tara. Doctor gives him injection so that he falls unconscious and takes some rest. Vishakha feels irritated. Megha asks Mayura if she still thinks Omkar is acting. She tells that Omkar is hurt both physically and mentally. Mayura says Shankar that Omkar was talking about Tara which means Tara is with him. Shankar denies and says they don’t anything about Tara. Mayura insists him to go and take rest while she will stay back at hospital to take care of Omkar.
Vishakha comes and asks Mayura why is falling for Omkar’s acting again. Mayura says she just wants to know about Tara from Omkar once he gains consciousness. Vishakha again tries to manipulate her against Omkar saying that he will create fake stories and blame Vishakha. Mayura says she just wants to hear what Omkar has to say. Vishakha calls someone and asks about Omkar’s reports which she had sent, that person confirms that Omkar’s condition is not fake and he has actually lost his eyesight. While sleeping Omkar murmurs Mayura’s name, she sits beside him and he holds her hands, she asks him about Tara but he had fallen back to sleep again.
Vishakha asks her staff to take care of Tara well and make sure that she doesn’t fall sick. Vishakha wonders why Mayura didn’t return back home and decides to go to hospital. While Mayura is shown praying. She wishes Tara is safe and she can expose Omkar if he is acting. But she gets shocked to see Omkar on terrace of hospital. He is standing on the edge and may fall down any moment. Everyone try to stop him but he says there is nothing left in his life. He folds hands asks Mayura for forgiveness for all the pain he had given to her. He says life is making joke of him by making him blind. Mayura tells him not to say like this. Shankar tells him to think about Manjiri but Omkar says no mother would like to see her son in this state. He says he is just a burden to everyone now.
Mayura tells she will return back by all his property. But Omkar says he doesn’t want anything except Tara. He asks Mayura to promise that she won’t take Tara away from him. Vishakha comes to Mayura and tells not to fall for Omkar’s acting. Mayura says Tara is her daughter, how can she give her to Omkar. Then Omkar tells Mayura if she cannot give him Tara she should let him die. Mayura climbs up on terrace and tries to stop Omkar but he is stubborn and says he will stop only if Mayura agrees to his condition of letting Tara stay with him. Mayura falls for his words and agrees. Vishakha thinks her plan will fail will Omkar and Mayura unite.
Omkar and Mayura are going to Omkar’s room in hospital, there is a broken medicine bottle in the way, Omkar sees it and moves it away. Its revealed he had been acting all the while and is absolutely fine. Mayura later begs Omkar to inform her where Tara is. Vishakha enters and says Omkar will blame her for kidnapping Tara. The episode ends with Omkar saying Tara is with him and is safe.
